Its awesome to see other people enjoying my bike :) Great video man! And my god it terrifyingly fast after you got your hands on it LOL
I know this is a late response, but what wind screen are you running on your bike?
Knocked it out of the park again! Awesome job!!
Superb work ❤
Tuning does a lot for the motor’s happiness and seams to be worth it!
Great information, I like the bmw s1000r but this ZH2 is what I need to keep up with my super bikes bros
You can actually get even faster with the BT Moto Stage 2 tune. Just got to get more comfortable with it since it keeps lifting the whell. Traction level 1 seems to perform the same as 0 from my experience. I have a 4.44sec 60-130 as my current best. Below are the stats. I wonder if my lower altitude helped :). But, keeping the throttle open is the hardest part.

96ft altitude
653.34ft distance
4.44sec 60-130
0.85% slope
60-70 0..46sec
60-80 0.95sec
60-90 1.49sec
60-100 2sec
60-110 2.69sec
60-120 3.43sec
60-130 4.44sec
I will say though below about 60 all that power is useless. You can tell the difference in power versus being in boost and out of boost. I play with my buddy on his ZX-14. And it's honestly very even until about 80 to 100 mph. ZX2 start hauling ass though with the front wheels in the air around that point. The control of the ZX-14 though makes it very even up to that point. After 100 I start pulling fast.
Played with an R1 a few days ago and it looked like he was standing still.
Have the stage 2 on my 2020 zh2 , love it , been having it for more than and year and no problems.
Sounds fantastic. The guys at BT have done an awesome job. Did you have to remove the O2 sensor for stage 2 or is another one needed?
Sweet...found another San Diegan. I was leaning ZH2, but the insurance is nutz. Looks like I'm going FZ-10 to 2023 MT-10. Thanks for the vid.
ZH2 is the fastest bike up top. MT10 does not have the top speed ZH2 has. Especially after stage 2 tuning.
Man I really miss San Diego sometimes. I used to work down on Miramar way
Great content. Obviously it's a naked, but how do you find the wind on this bike? Considering it has the windscreen
it is crazy to me that this thing doesnt come from the factory with a steering damper were talking about a 200mph naked bike with no damper just from your vid this thing ws shaking all over the place cause of the crazy torque figures lifting the front end so easily
So , you tell us that if i have a zh2-h2sx with a filter an exhaust a tune and an intercooler , i can have 240whp fully reliebly ? I can go 1 hour trip at 100mph and then i can go from 2nd to 6th wide open , again and again ??
Does the bike have anything other than the tune to complete the build? Maybe a PC6 to ensure fueling and timing stay perfect. Or is it just a slip on and the ecu flash?
is it cammed differently to H2?
you guys should offer a OBD/Android tuner option, 900 bucks is prohibiting a lot of people from buying. Esp if you can get flashed for 200+ . Of course a send to flash it not as good as a handheld, but 900 is a lot
Respectfully, people spend $2000+ on an exhaust that loses power over stock. $895 for adding 60whp doesn’t seem like a worse deal than that. Not to mention our customer and technical support is second to none.
@@BT_Moto its a free market, and you can charge as much as others are willing to pay! More power to you...
@@BT_Moto and looks like I'm gonna be one of them.. 🤣
I'm saving my money for the 2023 zx10r. After doing extensive research i think your ecu flash is the best. The hard question is i live in malaysia. How do i get in touch to get my bike ecu flash by bt moto?
Email us at Sales@BT-Moto.com or just purchase directly from our website.
Is this safe without an intercooler? When I do a pull like that with my stock bike, it shows 75 degrees celcius intake temp afterwards...
Any chance you can share the process of removing the ECU from a Kaw ZH2, so I can send mine in for a reflash?
What kinda fuel does it like?
So with the stage 2 isn't that a little sketchy without an intercooler? Those intake temps would climb so fast at 240 hp.
I purchased the BtMoto stage 2 and want to know if I can reflash over the stage one? As I did with the stock map? Or do I have to somehow remove the stage 1 then reflash stage 2. Thanks in advance.
Located in San Diego ? address? ? Also what mirrors are those?
What mirrors are those?
can you do stage 2 with a stock header? If so, is there a benefit of doing a full exhaust on this bike?
The bike in the video has Stage 2 with a stock header
Where are you located? I’m in Southern California
Dumb question: What's the point of having a naked bike at 220hp? How to enjoy that when i like going 200mph?
I had mine tuned by 2 Wheel Dyno works a year or so back, and I've been really happy with that - they claimed 220 wheel. I'm not sure I can handle the 240, but I haven't been entirely happy with the drivability from theirs.
I think you touched on it in the video, but can the stage 2 be set up to change with modes? For example, can I have you tune the Stage 1 220hp to a certain rider/mode, and then the Stage 2 to another?
Email us with any questions, Sales@BT-Moto.com
Thanks
@@BT_MotoIf you dont mind sir is that a 4th gear dyno pull or 5th?

I have a 2023 ZH2 SE with stock header/cat and a pro-race slash cut slipon. Will this tuner work or will it be too lean?
Email us at sales@bt-moto.com for details
I was trying to hold out for headers but seeing the gains from just a stage one. I don't see any reason to have a full exhaust for my needs. Ill have to check you guys out.
It sucks they didn't come from the factory with a steering damper. The bike really needs one.
Its possible to install one?
Hey bt! Just purchased a 23 z h2 se! Had a 1290 SDR EVO 2022 before. Which tune should I go for after break in?
Stage 1 is a great start
Hi! What windscreen is that? Seems very functional in terms of air flow deflection... Thanks
I don't know for sure on his bike. But I have a powerbronze they have three different sizes and they help cut wind a lot. They are out of the UK.
Thanks! I have the smallest one, i think the medium should be the best size, the bigger one looks a bit odd to me@@grimey5.565
Can we get the tune in the UK? Bike sounds angry I like it my zh2 needs that growl also has that bike still got the cat in?
Yes and yes
Dude what are you talking about it's a road bike which has been detuned for the road only somebody with a mental disability would want to remap it
Were you test riding a stage 2 or stage 1?
Dyno was S1 pull only. Riding was S2. S2 has more features. To see a full list, go to our website. www.BT-Moto.com
Damn i want this bike but i also want the 2023 m1000rr so bad😢 i cant choose which one to get first
😂
I have a Z1000 & Gsx S1000. Both are naked bikes. Both go about 155 mph in stock form. Can I achieve at least 190 mph top speed….by making modifications & ecu flashing? Maybe a turbo if necessary? Any suggestions?
Not worth it, be easier to trade both for zh2. 190 isn't happening without some serious mods.
@@landoflakes92 installed a turbo in my gsx s1000.. a month ago.. did 189 mph. would have hit 190...... if the road didint have a curve. mods: turbo, ecu flash, lightweight exhaust, windshield. if I put side fairing like panigale & bmw m1000..... it surely would go faster.
Just to clarify your Dragy slips: (INVALID aside), you went from stock 5.44s down to 4.88s with 60 extra horsepower (Stage 2) and only achieved a difference of .56s? Your 60-100 time on the BT Moto flashed slip is actually slower than stock. Am I seeing this correctly? Has anyone got the seat time on this bike to retest the 60-130 at max performance to get the maximum potential?
as he said he can't fully open the throttle in 2 and 3 that why it's close to stock below 110
@@sural89 Still learning; so is this a traction issue? Meaning the front is lifting under such acceleration to the point that 60-100 is compromised? Thus, needing a stretch? Or maybe a consideration would be adjusting the gearing? Here at near 5000 feet elevation, a 16T is almost mandatory for acceleration. But at sea level, would think a 17T is better to offset the torque of a 16T. Any thoughts to help me better understand?
@@johnnyappleseedz422 exactly to keep the front down you will need a lowering kit, strap end kit and some stretch on the swing arm
gearing is already short enough on this bike
watch brock's performance video
Good video but misinformation the zh2 is making 300+ on stock motor with no sweat
😂....even with the whimpy 155whp my mt10 makes, it gets that annoying headshake with the stock damper.
Meine Z H2 2020 hat 200 rWHP und fährt 100-200 km/h in 3.71sec
BT, is this better or worse or safer/ less safe than the Moore Mafia (Woolich tune)??
I have this very bike and need best choice❤
Moore uses woolich for tuning. Woolich doesn’t have the overall mapping capability we do, as we have access to more with our proprietary programming.
@@BT_Motook, thanks. How do I download 👍
@@willraven7 purchase at www.BT-Moto.com
@@BT_Motodo you have a video or able to tell me in more detail what more you can do compared to using woolich?
As bt moto already said, chris moore uses woolich. He remote tuned my wifes zh2 and the bike is insane, smooth and safe. Being my wifes bike she doesnt need 220+hp so i asked chris to make road and rain mode more friendly, maintaining throttle restrictions and timing stock and make sport mode the beast mode when i take it out for a rip.
I been on the drag strip and road course with it. Wife and did a 1000+km trip (she was on hers, i was on my h2 sx) and the bike has been amazing.
you have to pay for your fun i have one too and i love it
I need your flash for my 2023 ZH2 🏆
I’ll get the full Brock’s etc.
“QS needs Jesus “🤣🤣☠️ I’m not a fan of that on any bike though.
I saw some death wobble
Where the heck are you doing that kind of speed without possibly getting busted?
At that speed, you don't get busted.😇
So is this just the naked H2 ?
yes
She always tries to leave without me. 😅
Seems up2 110 the std bike better times after tuned bike pulls..obv at 130 tuned much better
Only because the bike with no power is easier to handle down low. More power requires more seat time to wrangle, as explained in the video.
Only diff between stage 1 and 2 is timing and fuel?
@@kevinmill7965 no, see our product page for the full list. www.BT-Moto.com
It needs 98 then go for a ride
I NEED 20k 😢
240is absolutely unsafe for this cast piston bike . This bike doesn't have the internals of the ninja H2 .
After extensive testing with Brock’s, we respectfully disagree
Knock on wood, but I have a 2021 with 7K miles that has the stage 2 tune and a 14K rev limit. Hit it all the time and the bike doesn't have any negative effects.
the h2 uses cast pistons as well
This is just an example of unfounded rumours. :) The *only* difference are higher static compression, so yes it is correct that is is different pistons, but they are both cast on H2 vs Z H2. And the airbox is more restrictive on the Z H2, but as it is forced induction it does not hamper the Z H2 power output that much.
What *is* true is that the tuners must be a bit more careful with "upping" the timing on top due to the much higher static compression. Kawasaki has not only neutered the Z H2 with shutting down the ETV above 10k rpm.. The timing is pulled back a ridiculous amount.. -10 degrees on top. It is like BT says in the video. It is like hitting a wall on full throttle on a stock Z H2 :(
It does have the same internals as the H2. Engine Engineering Kawasaki.
BFD my Turbo Busa makes 450 whp on 93 octane smh
