- Our comprehensive review of the 2021 Kawasaki H2 with our BT Moto ECU Flash. We include before and after comparisons, dyno, as well as Dragy 60-130 data, a standard performance benchmark. @imKay also stopped by for our dyno session and we finally got to see what our tuning could do for a stock H2R, with comparison to the H2!
We also go over common customer complaints about the bike and how our flash rectifies each, in real time.

They do handle around corners, obviously not a track machine but they do handle well providing you don't stretch them.
Was one of the 1st to get stage 2 on the ZH2 when you guys and Brock unlocked it. Sadly the tune was too much and blew 4th gear completely out, would love to get a better stage 2 tune so I can get my hp back. Stage 1 ran 223 on the dyno. Would love to see stage 2 on the dyno near me. Love what bt moto does keep it up
I feel like the 238 has to be an extremely conservative tune. My 2021 Z H2 has a conservative tune and it's doing 228 at the wheel. Your H2 with much larger injectors and better cam should easily out power the Z on peak power by more than 10 hp. But Speaking from experience 228 is a freaking handful. First bike I've ever owned that powered up the front wheel going from 3rd to 4th at 130+. :-)

Because Kawasaki as a cost saving to them reduced the quality of the internals? Cheaper pistons, smaller connecting rods?
That H2R dyno does not look right. The bike is supposed to make over 300 engine horsepower, bone stock. The dyno showed under 250 whp which means less than 300 HP. So, what's the catch?
Difference between crank and wheel HP. Ducati V4R boasts 240hp and doesn’t make 200whp on the dyno. BMW on the other hand makes 200whp with a claimed 205. Once the tuning was done on the H2R it ended up making 275whp, which is insane for a stock bike with just a flash.
The true horsepower a Stock H2R has is 245 - 250 whp. No more.

After flash 270 Wheel Horsepower equals to 290-300 BHP Crank
If H2R is making around 280 WHP on Dyno then it's on its real peek 310 Break horsepower

The 60-130 mph of factory stock H2 is already quicker than Chiron or Tesla Plaid
60-130 mph 3.9 seconds just with ECU flash it's crazy it's literally faster than a Koenigsegg Regera you kid

H2 was not far off
H2R on flash would destroy Rimac Nevera on a rolling race
Because H2R should be able to hit 60-130 mph under low 3 seconds mark
Stock H2R did 60-130 mph in 3.5 seconds which is similar to Rimac Nevera
