In the replies you can easily tell who is, or has been a fast biker, and who hasn’t. You did a great ride there, it takes a lot of courage and much more skill than many will understand. Focus on riding your own envelope, treat the Porsches and fast cars just as mobile chicanes. Every fast biker knows that fast cars are for the people who are much too frightened to ride a fast bike, and deep in their souls the car drivers know it as well. You can’t fall off a Porsche, all you really have to do is press the gas pedal, if anything goes wrong, then chassis, protective body shell, air bags, seats, belts, electronic gizmos all work to keep you safe. You don’t agree ? - then go and put leathers and helmet on, straddle a fast bike, pull the visor down and twist the throttle, you’ll never be lonelier and more exposed, closer to your demise than in those moments. The wind is screaming and buffeting around you, your nostrils smell every exhaust and tyre slip in front, you feel the sunlight and shade, the bike flexing as you carve and lean at crazy angles with tyres on the edge of grip, - but you have a helmet and racing leathers. You have to be brave. Respect guy, - go safely. You’ve made an old fast bike lunatic feeling a little younger tonight.

Absolutely anyone can drive a car fast, anyone. It takes titanium balls to push a bike, specially to this level. I’m a pretty sedate rider in comparison.

The fact that you overtook a full blown 911 992 GT3RS that was made for the nordschleife with an r1 says alot about how great you handle the bike and stay within the limits of your machine, takes some balls to pull off something like that, impressive piloting of that bike, cheers mate!

I love watching Misha throw cars around the Nordschleife, but POV on a sportbike is a totally different animal, great riding! Getting there is a bucket list thing for me, is traffic on course a problem typically? You for sure handled it well, though I could feel the hesitation analyzing if someone you came up on knew you were there or not. And it seems like you could get caught out easily when they finally moved aside, you gave it a little extra gas, but not too much to blow the corner. That section when you finally had some clear road has to feel amazing.
Finally, that black Porsche at the end was for sure fast. Having that much extra contact patch makes a difference on a road course like this it would seem. Great lap for you though!
That moment when riding over 200 on the most dangerous track in the world is still safer than riding at 40 on a US public road 💀

Been riding bikes for 48 years now. Age has taken its toll on knee and wrist joints so am not as fast or as responsive as I would like to be, but hey! I know my limits and place in the biking hierarchy now.
Your riding is sublime. I loved every minute of that ride. Your overtaking and cornering was beautiful. Keep it up and fight the corner for us bikers over car drivers for as long as you can. You're a true two wheeled legend and ambassador for our passion. Kudos dude. 👍🥃
This dude man, apart from the skills. He knows every corner and line he took. It is a key in this circuit. Some of the corners you need the throw the car out or in. Some of them you need to floor to gas because if you lift throttle center gravity of your car will be changed and you gonna have a bad time. Even in car you need tons of experience and skils. I can't imagine the bike. If you are not at least semi pro my fellow riders. Absolutely don't try it.

From what I could see on your bike, you topped out at about 150mph on some sections. While that is very fast (most people really don't have a true idea just how fast that is, especially on a bike), 150 mph is not near the top speed for some bikes on other tracks. I have gone much faster than that on other tracks. BUT on this narrow track and with all those cars and their unpredictable drivers drifting from side to side on the track, 150 mph is sketchy as hell. You are an amazing rider and your confidence in your bike and in yourself is very apparent with how you handled the track AND the traffic!

It's crazy how much earlier you must start slowing down for a curve on a motorcycle compared to a car. Most people think bikes can out brake a car because they're lighter but that's the opposite, bikes take longer to slow down.
(mostly) 1 brake vs 4... also you don't risk doing a frontflip in a car 😂

In racing and on the street most riders will only use the front brake. So the rear is redundant

Man what a great skill you have, just pushing the bike to the limits of the track, i just want to know where did you learn all the skills for track, did you just found it by watching youtube tutorials and trying your own or did you attend special coaching for the same? wow
I was 4 and i could ride my bicycle just a week without training wheels. And after that my dad put the training wheels on a self made minibike. And from that moment I started doing minibike races and walked my way up to this level. So to answer your question, I am ready riding motorcycles from my 4th. 😁

WOW! Just super WOW. That is by far the best lap of the Ring I have seen on a moto. I got my mc licence 35 years ago and I was passively shitting my pants in some of those turns. Super frustrating how a lot of the cars arrogantly stayed their lines as they obviously think a bike can't beat them. This was not a bike, this was a bike with a super experienced rider. Quality, I'd love to know lap time without traffic. Just going to look in description for type of bike, Yamaha (R1?) something. I thoroughly enjoyed that lap bro! ❤

In multi class races, the slower car always keeps their line and it's the job of the faster car (or bike) to go around them. That way, you don't get slow cars getting all surprised and swerving last min and causing accidents. The ones that do notice early, put their blinkers on to show the faster car to pass on the opposite side. If you're in a GT4 or lesser car, bikes like this an even GT3 cars will seem to just appear in your rear view out of thin air since the speed differences are so large :)
