When they ID your name and information along with any photos goes through the system... the Official channels & Hidden Government NSA agencies that are "classified" called Fusion or Mega Centers. (Google it and find one then try a FOIA request information from them 😂 You will find out how much of a Digital Surveillance System is in place)
What happens unknown to the Citizen. I will tell you what happens...
They run your name, SNN, DOB, address through BCI, Federal Agencies to see if you have any 'active' warrants. Then they glance at your criminal history if there is any. They also run a DMV check as well.
All that Data is collected and pushed into the Fusion Center. Now if you had many interactions in a time frame and your information has been flagged for repeated reporting... you are assigned an Agent who with help of AI assistant they do a DOX on you..... your social media, bank accounts, employment, services you get from the Government, any and all Legal matters with Law Enforcement Agents, Lawsuits, groups who you support or people who supported you.. Family & Friends... Hobbies, what you read, what you purchase, then they monitor you as in tracking you by your social media accounts or devices MAC & IP Addresses, all for the reason to build a National Threat jacket on "potential threats to National Security"
That is why you don't want them to have your identity. Because you can end up in a Federal Prison being water-boarding your way to a new life with no Rights or even on American soil.
This is the World people have allowed to be created. Welcome to the New World Order.... where you are a slave and Government is your new God.

Complaining about the police to Internal Affairs is like complaining to your wife about her infidelity.
Make the complaint, EXTERNAL, in court.
They want you to complain to Internal Affairs. That is the system they have to burry complaints and do nothing.
