File a lawsuit. They closed before hours just to keep you out. They are denying services to you and others based solely on feeling. Not the law or policy. It's deprivation of rights and a violation of FOIA
Closing a building to keep a specific person out should be enough for a federal lawsuit to be honest.

If ya understand how law enforcement works, it all makes sense. In order to be a police officer, your IQ level has to be in a very certain range. You have to be stupid enough to follow order, illegal or not, and you can’t be intelligent enough to question those orders. A LOT of people are denied being an officer, because they are too smart.
