I think it might be a good idea for everyone to contact Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro's office to see if the Governor is on board with the stopping of services at the PennDOT offices by state employees over a camera. I get the feeling the Governor is not aware of this behavior nor would he permit it if he was to be made aware of it.
He did that to get customers against him which is total BS

My friend is a PA state trooper, he saw the other one and thought it was okay. I said WTF, I tried to explain it, but they do NOT care and that's the truth. It's sad.
Most cops, do know the law and about our rights, there are people too, and they know their own rights. not all of them, but for the most part, cops bluff and act as if they’re doing something completely normal while violating a man’s rights.

I'll always be PERPLEXED how police departments even hire an officer like the 1st one on scene ?? It doesn't know the law he represents, he couldn't run 50 yrds to catch an assailant etc etc......Officers like him (and many thousands) of them nationwide ARE stealing weekly checks from hard working citizens. Isn't they facilities job to keep private info private not visitors job to keep it private. Oh i have private info papers out in the open but its ok bc your not filing/have a camera. Were they not trained. the fact he had to tell his employee "turn papers over" is concerning very concerning they need training in how to protect private information PERIOD.

The employees were never rude to Sean. Sean was rude to everyone there. His rights were never trampled on. Are you on Drugs? And what oath is an employee of the DMV violating? What are you even talking about?
They didn’t trample on his rights. Hell they even gave him an opportunity to record after hours and before hours where no one was there so nice try on that.

To be fair, I am of the opinion that the corporal behaved in a very professional manner. He was polite, did not escalate, and tried to express his opinions in the most clear ways possible. Did not ask for your last name, did not get loud, and did not try to intimidate you. If only he had known the law and not confused trespassing terms for public buildings with private business, he would most likely have informed and educated the incompetent (or maybe they just don't give a shit) public employees and the uninformed citizens inside about the law, and the constitution, and then protected you from and the citizens from unlawfully being denied your services and you from being harassed with a potential uprising instigated by the manager, and hindered in your business.
It seems to me that the main problem here is higher up. It seems to be a lack of understanding of the constitution and training of officers and public employees. I guess that would be the responsibility of the Mayor's office then? Maybe you should check that out?

What you are obviously ignorant of is that whilst you may have the right to record in public that does not mean you should. What this man does is go to places with his camera and record people without their consent knowing he will upset them and then blame them for it.

What good are rights if you "shouldn't" use them? And where does it end? Should I not record my child at the park or on the sidewalk because someone like you might get offended?
