You know I bought an WASR about 2008 with some tacticool UTG handguards (pre M-Lock) and it's been a winner..The WASR was built in 1988..iron sights are dead on...I've mounted everything from red dots /Reflexes to a Bulgarian eastern Bloc scope on it and its a killer..now I haven't torture tested it or anything like that but a couple hundred rounds of wolf ammo for sure on a range visit..never selling it..

Just installed the green mms guard on my m70. Looks sick, feels great. I like the handguard better than rs regulate’s. And I really like that one as well
JMAC really did a great job!
ALG trigger upgrade is a must. The M70 trigger is not bad at all,but the enhanced trigger is way better, especially the reset.
But it will void the Zastava warranty...LOLZ ;)
Through a muzzle brake on my Zastava now having had issues to fully cycle , since I don’t know much about messing with the piston I guess I’ll throw a KNS adjustable piston in it,tried a ALG spring but still cycles the same 🤷🏻♂️ B4 I started messing with it it cycled great as the factory rifle although it would throw the brass about a 20 feet 😂

At this point, I'm considering not even firing my Zas, at least till I can find a second one. With it having the most beautiful Tiger striped furniture, and the import issues, it may just become a safe queen. LOL. Instead of putting $500 into new furniture, I'm putting $500 toward another Zastava (IF I can find one for around $1000). Love your setup however!
Atlantic Firearms should have these for sale at that price, certain finishes are sold out but furniture can be changed

That is a Ukrainian Svetogor Bakelite mag and they are very hard to find. If you can find one be prepared to send $250+ for one.

Bro, just clean good the barrel after use and that thing will be accurate at 400m forever. When I served in Serbian army a had 30 year old rifle and it could kill a fly at 400m

hey i just bought an PAP as my first -non hunting rifle - my budget is tight and i couldnt afford an AR ( i would like the Haenel CR223) was it a bad choice i made, can the PAP be a all purpose rifle? cheers from Bavaria
Sure it can be an all purpose rifle. I know A LOT of people that use it for hunting, training, competitions, and home defense.
