im planning to learn blender and then upload stuff from my fav games, already did a few things in other aspects of developing, i edit videos a lot, and i sometimes practice roblox studio and other programming stuff in hopes of someday becoming a dev. also used to do 2d animations for fun a few years ago. wish me luck y’all

who said character items have to be meshes? i made a character item and its an union made with ROBLOX studio parts and materials. it works when i try it in-game. I have not joined yet the ugc because they dais they need someone with talent that always make things etc.. all i want is to publish ONE item. one. really hope roblox will remove this ugc thing
if u want to just publish one item then u dont deserve to be in the ugc program. Youd be taking up a spot for someone who genuinely wants to make ugc items.
@@Ma_koto_miya yes as in showing your ID and everything, same process with getting voice chat basically verifying your age to prove you're over 13, if you're not it will restrict a lot of things even games sometimes so I suggest you don't verify your age unless you're 13. Or just use a parent's id, but that is risky with UGC program.

People would steal designs as the moderation team really only detects wether the model is appropriate or not.

since lots of people are on demand to be in UGC, it can take weeks before yours is reviewed, but you'll get the notifcation for it when they look at it :)
you have to fill out your creator page (not everything is needed to be filled out for example the interest) anyways when you do, you hope you get verified when a mod sees ur page
@@dawncrap6629 not sure it would be that fun to get all the robux on the other acc (and not be the creator on the original acc) because you would have to switch acc to get the robux, and you would also loose 30% because roblox takes 30% of it when buying gamepasses and stuff (which would be the way you transfer the robux)
we probably won't have to do any of this cause roblox will be allowing everyone to make ugc's soon this year, but still great vid

You need to be at least 18 years old to be in the ugc program but you can probably get away with lying about your age

thats a browser issue, try reinstalling ur browser and try it again, or use a different browser (i.e. explorer)
