J-Hope is a born performer, a total star; he excels at entertaining a crowd just by dancing, let alone singing and his charisma man...
"J-hope doesn't dance to the beat, he IS the beat" we always say this and he proves it everytime he is on stage
He is THE performer of his generation! One of the most magnetic and complete performers ever! He understands the stage, an audience, a performance fully, he has refined and honed his skill set, has such a strong base of technique and ability through years of practice and immense innate talent that he can rely fully on it and be able to concentrate on that live connection between him and the audience, there are a lot of great performers but you have this slight nervousness or worry about something going slightly wrong in their stage, performance or the environment and it can pull you as an audience member out of the performance, but with Hobi you can totally relax, you know no matter what happens he will not only handle it fine but it won't disrupt the performance level and experience, so as an audience member you can relax and be totally lost in the stage for it's entirety. That's a rare thing, only the best of the best hit that level of performance ability and most only much later on in their careers, for J-Hope to reach this level this relatively early in his career is outstanding, I can not wait to see how he continues to develop and.evolve as a performer and I can not wait for you guys to see him live, it is a near on religious experience!

It's because this man is so charismatic and has a blinding stage presence that we think he's the stage presence himself. His solo stage is the most lit and enjoying given that it only has the water cannon and a simple choreography.

hobi's look of pure shock then joy when the crowd started chanted 'jhope!' always makes me emotional. he's performs in some of the biggest stadiums in the world, he is in the biggest group in the world, they sell millions of albums a year and yet he is still blown away by people's love for him; he has never taken it for granted his achievements or forgotten how far he's come(none of bts have). i think that is truly inspirational and beautiful.

They say when you go to a BTS concert you leave a jhope bias. And I agree, when I went to the concert I was in the last row in the highest seat in the arena and felt his stage presence from there. He's just radiant on stage and his performance shines likes the sun from every bone of his body. It's what our sunshine hobi was born to do.

I watched every Just Dance fancam from the first Love Yourself concert to the final Speak Yourself concert and found it amazing how the performance kept evolving and just kept. getting. better. Seeing him perform this live was the exact moment I fell head over heels for Hobi. His stage presence was so captivating I was frozen. I couldn’t film, couldn’t move, he was unreal.
J-Hope isn't called "THE KING OF PERFORMER" for nothing lol. I never get bored watching his performances.
I saw him performance this in May 2019 in NJ. Hobi is the most amazing showman. He commanded that stage. We found out later that his dad was actually at that concert. It made me so happy to hear :)

Talking about the “when you do multiple performances and you do something different every time” like YES. I was lucky enough to be able to go to multiple shows and seem J-Hope perform Just Dance six times and when I tell you Every. Single. Performance. Was different. And not only different but BETTER every time. Like he was constantly improving and so into what he was doing that the performance was so natural it couldn’t be exactly the same. The vibe of this song is so hype and so fun. He’s absolutely magnetic on stage I really hope you guys get to see it one day!

You guys should react to the wembly one there's was a part where Jhope took out his earpiece and the fans were so loud and he was super surprised he thought his mic was messed up but the fans were just so loud😳😂
It was interesting to me that when several other reactors went to their first BTS concert, they all stated the J-Hope was the biggest surprise to them because our Hope is so awesome at playing a large stage and grabbing the control in a way that was really surprising to them. Hope comes alive and beams out columns of sunshine when he performs.

I’ve been fortunate enough to see J Hope do this live in concert 4x. You know he’s the ultimate performer when he goes out on that huge stage alone and commands everyone’s attention like he does. Also, in the lineup of the past 2 tours, he was the first member to perform his solo track. NEVER messes up and ALWAYS gets the crowd hyped up ready for more. And I swear every time I saw him, he did a different dance move just to change it up...all while singing LIVE. I love the energy and love Hobi have for music and ARMY. His voice and rapping are amazing. He's a talented dancer. Hobi once said that he sang "Hey Mama" and suddenly the back track stopped. He just continued singing and hoping nobody noticed it. He said luckily ARMYs thought that it was planned that way.

His stages are always exciting because they are never the same- he freestyles moves, switches up his rap delivery, does ad-libs to add a twist to a familiar song. The Just Dance performance is not so tightly choreographed and planned the way most K-pop stages are, which allows J-Hope freedom to express himself and have fun. 'Idolatry' is to admire from afar, but as impressive as his moves are, J-Hope is also an inspiring performer who invites the audience into his space. An example is when J-Hope says, 'Say what?' and the audience replies with 'Just Dance!' He uses not only the main stage but also the runway and extended stage to further engage the audience. The main dance break happens on the extended stage and features a group formation and choreography that's designed to be viewed from all angles for the live audience, rather than on a flat screen. Also, as a stroke of genius he designed a break in the song which allowed the iconic 'J-Hope' fan chant to happen organically. He creates these magical moments when the audience, performer and stage blend into one. He feeds off the energy of the crowd and gives back in return, creating a feedback loop that cannot exist in a pre-recorded music show. He adjusts his facial expressions and moves based on his mood and the audience reaction. By emphasising the live audience experience over something that reads well on camera, J-Hope transcends the label of a 'K-pop idol' and proves himself to be a world-class performer. While watching on a screen is entertaining, it can never match the excitement of being there in person, immersed in the atmosphere.

Jung Hoseok’s stage presence is insane! The stage is huge, and I’m sure it might dwarf a lot of people, but he owned it completely 🔥 I saw him perform this live in Chicago last year and it was incredible - the entire stadium was filled with energy you could feel no matter how far away you were
