      Those are the levers we sell in our store category here: tstindustries.com/kawasaki-z900-2020/ . They are produced by Womet Tech, and co-branded with TST for our market.

    Love your guys products but how come majority of your stuff is out of stock. Been wanting to get the adjustable fender eliminator and mech gtr turn signals for my z900 but it's been out of stock since April

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  Před 5 lety +1

      We actually offer hundreds of products and most of them are in stock with ample supplies. The tail light and fender eliminator for the Z900 are in the coming-soon phase. We did not launch them yet. If you read the product page you will see that we are real close to launching but until then they will show out of stock. The Mech-GTR signals have gone through soft launch but we ran out of the quantity we made very quickly. We are making 1000 sets right now. They should be available when we launch the other two parts I mentioned in a matter of a few weeks.

    Thanks for the video! I have a question about torque wrench settings for the rear spools. I've watched a few of your videos and they all used different torque wrench settings:
    One was 170 inch lbs, another was 55 inch lbs, and this video they didn't use a torque wrench at all. I bought these for my Ninja 400 and Yamaha R3 so I'm wondering what setting to go with for both of these bikes. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  Před 3 lety

      Link us to the videos you are referring to and we can definitely help. It depends on the spool (or spool slider) the bolts, and the torque wrench. Some we read in nM, others with in/lbs and others with ft/lbs.

  • @rajeshramakrishnan6919

    Hello Sir, the frame and engine mount hole has got misalligned on my Z900. How do I go about getting them in-line? I tried jacking it up but dint work in my case. Do I need to loosen the other engine mountings too?

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  Před 2 lety +1

      Yea man, you will have to support the engine on a jack and then loosen all of the motor fasteners. Then jack it up and re-tighten all the connections. Make sure you go by the order defined in the factory manual along with the prescribed tightening torque.

    So I was looking at torque specs, and the manual says there are engine mounting bolts that are 44ft lbs and then engine bracket bolts that are 29ft lbs. I can't tell from the manual which are which, but it seems like those would be the mounting bolts, no?

    Great video, thank you. I'm wondering about your torque settings for the frame sliders - they're different from the Z900 service manual's settings. Are the ones you used specific to the TST part?

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  Před 4 lety

      Almost all the frame slider installations we do are per Womet-Tech torque values and not OEM torque values. The factory setup uses 12.9 bolts with no aluminum and delrin components in line. When fastening the frame sliders onto the bike you are using an 8.8 bolt through delrin and aluminum and that has to be accounted for in the clamping force resultant from the torque value.

    What if you don't use a torque wrench?

    • @TSTindustries

      Then the resultant bolt torque and clamping force will not match the prescribed specs.

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  Před 4 lety +1

      We would love to sell to Mexico again but in the past we had too many packages go missing in transit, and also fraudulent orders that cost us too much money. We were actually losing money on selling to Mexico so we stopped. Now we use DHL for international deliveries so we may open up Mexico again. The payment will have to come through a verified source, like Paypal, or for large distributor orders we can take wire transfer. We are not opposed to it, but it just has to make sense.

      @@TSTindustries the translation into english suffers, it says both bolts go on the right side.The left and right are incorrect as sitting on the bike. I assumed the longer bolt went on the wider spacer since it was a fraction longer.
