- Well here it is the MAIDEN of the Freewing A6 Intruder! The Maiden of the Freewing A6 Intruder went well but she needed some trim. However it was very windy so before I do any more trimming I will fly her on a calm day to really iron out the trim gremlins!

Great maiden ! 🎉 Mines ready to roll and I’m more than a bit nervous to get into the air.
She will take off very easy with no flaps for take off and lands pretty well also but DO NOT GET TO SLOW on Take off or landing.
Nice flight with that really pretty A-6. Super smooth landing, I closed my eyes on the last one. It is nice when you can get one in the hanger that you have been looking forward to. Happy New Year.

Congratulation for your maiden - it is a wonderful bird ... we see best fuel economy, comfortable landing characteristics with a wingload not too high and a suitable thrust/weight ratio. Disregarding the trim-question my impression is that the aircraft is still tailheavy ... Best wishes now for a delightful new year!

She flies quite light so you get a lot of wing rock from the wind but she is still very stable.........Or she was...............

This one looks great!! Which battery do you use? Can I fit 6s 5000 in it?
I used a 4300 6s and yes a 5000 will fit.

Yes universal one but you will have to cut away foam for the burner to fit.
