Hi! Nice flight as always. I enjoy watching your landings :) I though you were flying without gyro due to that last landing. Maybe the gyro helped. It looked like a stall when you tried to flair her longer. Super reaction and good saving! I though one could land her slower but it seems you were very near that slowest speed. Maybe the angle of attack was a bit high. Or or or... :')
That was part the angel was just to high, She is not a high alpha lander and I flard too much for to long.
Greg, I have of Questions for you. Do apply the Midwax acrylic first and then put that beacon compound on the foam hinges last? Also, have you ever tried putting the film on the Foam Plane that they show other videos? From what I see it makes the Foam alot stronger. Just curious about the film product. No never put on the film. The minwax is last. On the Beacon on the hinges VERY THIN LAYER!! otherwise it will actually setup TOO much and actually break the hinge. ASK me how I know...lol
Cool! That might be too fast for my old eyes and reflexes. A guy at the field has one, it is a great looking aircraft on the ground and in the air.

I have the zeus with 60 or so flights on it 8s version iam running it on 2- 4s zee packs 7000mah we used a radar gun an only got 131mph our elevation 3.500 hundred feet, pretty disappointed when they say it's 150 mph jet, the ( jet flys great like it alot ), weak point is landing gear boxes all 3 they will become loose or come out of the wing, an canopy comes off other than that great jet handles awesome
I will look for that on the gear thanks. My plastic extension seems to lock in the hatch well.
Ahh, and the speed isn´t as extreme as I thought, since the "pocket rocket" Avanti 70 gets almost to 125. But she is a big bird and has a lot of drag too. So it´s a good result in the end. A 7S try with an appropiate ESC like the Vgood 8S 120-140A could get her to 140 or more probably :)
Yes the size does deceive and i think 140 to 150 would be achievable with some mods but I am pretty broke now so stock will have to do.

Wonder with 120 A 5:23 esc and Fast discharge battery how fast you could Push a JET.
Well I think if I took her up high with a heavier 6000 I may hit 150 mph but that is not true performance. But 130 plus is pretty much easy for this jet.
