Aaand another dad joke.. 😁
Aaand another extraordinary work, well done 👏
What should I say: I'm getting older and therefore the dad jokes can't be avoided. Thank you very much!!!
have a hammer about 200 years old from my great great grandfather who came from Holland. This hammer is a family heirloom. I’m not sure what type of metal it’s made out of, it has a leather handle. I’ll pay you $250 to restore her.
And now, the philosophical question: did it came first the joke or the part?
Wonderful job, sir. The scale’s new paint made it look like new porcelain! 👍
I think so too, that was what I was aiming for! Great to hear it from you
I was going to say exactly that!!!!!!!👍👍👍
Amazing, the gold highlights made it look like it was made from Porcelain, very beautiful result.
Gorgeous! Loved the white paint with gold trim. Awesome!
Superb, Sir 👌. You deserve a beer or three 🍻🍺
I think this is the most beautiful restoration you've done.
I have been a chef for over 20 years and a scale has always been just a scale to me but this sir is elegance at its finest
Paintjob is wonderful
I just can say I'm fascinated by the care and meticulousness you approach your projects with. Both the restorations themselves and the video editing. The result is spectacular, satisfying and aesthetic. I have been following your channel for about a year now and I think I will not leave anymore. I even consider my support on Patreon. Stay like this. Fantastic job
Thank you very much César. Much appreciated feedback!
Beautiful restoration
Very glad you could weigh in with this quality restoration.
What an attractive kitchen addition, so pretty. Great restoration
Absolutely beautiful, your skill at restoration is a joy to behold. Imagine living in a world where restoration was the norm. Thank you ❤
What a neat job!
It is so beautiful. Your restorations are becoming an art work. Take care & thank you so much 🤝🤝🤝👏👏👏
How exquisite! Wish I was a 4 inch tall 'elf on a shelf' watching you work on it up close. You may have to pick me up and move me out of the way at times, but I'd take that as an extra bonus. A very nice job indeed!
Salters is a very old company.
The firm began life in the late 1760s in the village of Bilston, England when Richard Salter, a spring maker, began making the first spring scales in Britain.
Good video
🇬🇧😐
That's splendid! Well done!
Thank you Jozsef. Hope you are doing well
@@NTRprojects Definitely! 😀
Wow that blue masking must've taken a long time to do. It was worth it, the paint looked fantastic 👌
The measurement disc was the best.
Also, as a Scottish woman, I feel strongly that I have to send you a better beer! 🤣
I strongly agree on your strong feelings
So beautiful
Seeing this scale i was reminded to "the beauty and the beast" this time it was "the beauty and the beer".
Great Job.
You did a very good job with the scaling plate👍🏻
I have one exactly like it from my childhood home. Great job!
Thanks a lot for watching and commenting Lars Frandsen
I’ve become obsessed with this channel. It’s so soothing
Wow, echt chic, der Korpus sieht aus wie aus Porzellan, wie dieses alte Service, weiß mit Goldrand!
👍👍👍🍺
I'm liking it even before you start. Lol. You always do a good job. 👍👍👍🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
I hope you like the result as well Cathy. Enjoy the video
erwischt 😅
Sieht richtig gut aus das Ding. Top Arbeit.
i had one of this since i was a kid, so good seeing it restored.
Best restoration channel available.
Love your restorations! And your beer reviews are quite informative! You’ve earned my subscription.
Another amazing restoration! Fantastic workmanship!
That thing looks incredible. Editing was spot on also. I have a old bathroom scale to restore that I have been putting off but this makes me want to tackle it next. 🍻
I would be proud of that, looks beautiful. Well done sir.
...WEIGH TO GO...LOL..GREAT JOB....
I see what you did there Bob :)
@@NTRprojects LOL
Another brilliant job. I like your care and attention to detail.
A love sand blasting too
Perfect work again
Peace of art
I love how you smooth out all of the overcast from all the parts. People don’t always realize how this can improve the performance of their things. By the way, it looks beautiful, you really rock at this.
Die Einfärbung des Ziffernblatts finde ich super! Werde ich mir für meine Projekte merken 👌
Beautiful work, really professional! I've a similar one but with a porcelain glazed scale. Your video will be a great help for my restoration.
Gorgeous
Sehr gute Arbeit, ist bildschön geworden. Klasse.👍
Gorgeous 💯 percent.Great work!!
I think, it didn't look like this beautiful when it was produced.
It’s a testament to your craftsmanship that you take time to perfect internal parts that may never even be seen again.
Great work :)
❤️❤️❤️ Danke Nallitie ❤️❤️❤️
That white and golden combination looks fabulous
This is yet another work of Art! Love the gold pin striping. I learn a ton by watching your videos!
This CZcams Channel is Perfect to relax and sleep. Online watching I love it.
A Salter and no battery! On a scale of one to ten, I give that scale a ten. How much does it weigh on a scale? I'm glad you reviewed that Scottish Belhaven beer. I'm in Belhaven country. Do Innis & Gunn Original. Now there's a beautiful beer... 😀🍻
Awesome! 😀😀😀
Thank you very much.
Amazing work as always, sir! You really tipped the scales turning something work and weathered into this masterpiece.
At first, I thought 5:54 was going to be the beer sample. It might have scored better too.😂😂😂😂
Brilliant restoration
this came out so beautiful! As always you effort and work pays off in function and beauty.
Superb restoration ! 😊🇨🇦
Excellent!
Many thanks James!
Fantastic job, well done.
i recently found out that the welding pliers are the best screw drivers😁😁
Ahhhh much better than New!! Thanks for sharing 😀
What a Beautyfull Work Love it wieder der Hammer 👍❤️
Thank you very much!
Great job! I enjoy watching your videos.
Beautiful
Thank you Mariana
Awesome restoration Bro.👌👌👌
Fantastic job! And I'm hungry for a tomato sandwich 😂😊
Well done! Nice work.
Very nice restoration! The scale has become really cool. I also liked the part where you turned and milled the small bolts. Top work, nice perspectives, nice cut! 😁🐢
Thank you very much my friend!
This looks really awesome! I would buy it.
Very nice restoration, beautiful colors. Reminds me of the old spring loaded kitchen scale my mom had when I was growing up. It was a bright sunny yellow, which I believe was popular in American kitchens in the 1950s and 60s.
Truly an unscalable video! Great work!
Very good work !!!!
Wonderfull job and result. Congratulations from France 🙂
Nicely done.👍
So pretty!!
This is one of the best restoration videos, with fabrication too, that I've seen! Impressive!
That was great! Thanks very much for the captioning explaining what you're doing (and the little jokes). The face of the scale turned out waaaay better than I thought it would.
Perfect... time to relax by watching someone else work. You and Hand tool Rescue are my favorites.
I'm flattered you put me in line with the funny guy
@@NTRprojects I was first impressed with your Kitchen aid restore. Yes, he may do the sandblast head thing but you do beer.... best of both. BTW try Moose Drool from Big Sky Brewing from Montana.
That gold paint might not have been user friendly but it is GORGEOUS!! 🤩🤩
Beautiful restoration mister well done
"That's a completely different scale", said one fish, to another. :-D)
This is such a beautiful restoration. You've given it a new life.
Beautiful!
Fabulous. Your really put a lot of detail into the pinstriping of the paint. Once again you have restored something better than it had ever been to begin with. Danke Dr. Beer
That. Is. Awesome. I love all the gold details!
Bravo, nicely done. Vice grips have saved me many times. The methods used on the pan were amazing
It's beautiful, mate. 😊😊👍👍🇦🇺🇦🇺
Great work
Хорошая работа!!!😁👍
It's pretty international here.
A German speaking english, dealing with polish and finish, all while drinking a scottish beer... 😁
What a beautiful restoration! You are very talented, and obviously take pride in your work. A family member had a Salter scale very similar to this - perhaps a 1930s make. It had the same brass face, but was a very pale mint green, it was a very striking combination. But I do like the gold trim you added.
Great job.
Beautiful. I want it!
Perfection. Just beautiful.
Amazing job! Also, I"m very jealous for that beer, unfortunately I can't find it where I live.
That turned out quite lovely. I loved the porcelain look of the body after painting. Nicely done!
And I 100% agree with the comments about your videography & editing. Superbly done.
Thank you Vickie
Super awesome! I love your restorations!
Nice restoration. That cast iron body of the scale is one of the most delicate and precise castings I’ve ever seen. Amazing ironwork.
Glad you like it! It was really though to sand all this delicate castings :D
Wonder how you restored that old scale to working condition and got it looking better, too. Excellent work.
Excellent vid! Love the paint job.
WOW That is really beautiful. Nice work buddy
Beautiful! Well done! 🤩
