So you probably won't ever see this but those tunnels are real. I have been in there. Those tunnels, if they are the ones I'm thinking, used to be used to transport criminals from the jails to the courts. Apparently, Charles Manson was transported through there. My sister worked for the city and she would park where you said "all of the police cars in the city" were, go in, change in the locker rooms, go through a few doors and would walk maybe a quarter of a mile through those tunnels. When I was walking through there, I felt super creeped out. it's just a long stretch of tunnel with piped above you and literally no other opening except where you start your walk and where you end it. literally, the creepiest shit you will see.
