I think the most important thing is not holding onto certain objects. It’s okay to throw stuff away; energy builds up and sometimes it’s better not to have it around.
Also, shit has happened in my apartment. Me and my 2yr old were messing around playing shadow puppets before bed, and my 1 liter bottle of water was literally thrown to the floor. My daughter ran to my leg and gripped me for like 10min and didn’t move.
I’m getting old though. This definitely would have freaked me out 10 years ago. But missing my car insurance payment is scarier than anything paranormal at this point

there’s also an evil entity in my house late at night. whenever i try to go get some snacks or a drink, a door opens and i hear footsteps down the stairs coming to me. then when the footsteps stop, i see an evil entity thats a dark figure with a pair of eyes that has a belt and a slipper in its hands that then screams “WHY ARE YOU STILL AWAKE”.

The stomping is real. When I was living in a trailer as a kid, I was watching dishes and had my headphones on with my family at the grocery store getting stuff. This was at night and I felt at first someone walking very heavily. We weren't allowed to stomp around the house so at first, I disregarded it but when it came my direction it increased significantly and began to run at me until it was behind me. I thought it was one of my brothers, so I turned quickly to see nothing. By far one of the creepiest thing, I've experienced but not the last

When I was in highschool this girl was into witchcraft and bought me a voodoo doll which I knew nothing about and thought it was just a cool decoration so I foolishly accepted it and set it up in my room. Anyway it’s been about 6 years and when I found out information about it I threw it away and cut ties with the girl.
I was playing video games in my room one day when I was home alone and I heard a scream, a grown man screaming from my living room. As if they just got the shit scared out of them. Full on screaming. Lasted for like 4 seconds. I ran into the living room and no one was there. I checked the entire house and nothing. I was home alone. Still have no idea what the fuck it was.
When I play video games one day with my friend he said “bless you.” I was like what? He said “I heard you sneeze so I said bless you dumbass.” I was so confused. We laugh about it now but it creeped us the fuck out at the time.
I hear knocking on my door. Not really knocking more like taps of a fingernail on my door sometimes.
Oh yeah the biggest thing, one night I was asleep and my dad banged on my door at like 2 in the morning, he said “Were you in the attic?” I said “What? I’ve been asleep.” He said “I heard someone moving around up there and I heard footsteps and I heard someone talking above my room. Tell me the truth were you in the attic or not?” He immediately called 9-1-1 in case someone was up there they could be removed and arrested. The police come and there are like 3-4 of them that go up with their guns drawn. My dad and I are just waiting to hear some guy yell or talk but there was nothing. No one was up there. There was insulation everywhere though, I mean EVERYWHERE in the attic like someone took gloves and just threw the insulation EVERYWHERE up there. It was creepy as fuck.
After everything I’ve gone through I believe in what people say about the paranormal. I don’t wish it on anyone. It is real and should not be messed around with. Pray to God everynight to bless your house and to keep you safe. Evil is real.

If I or anyone I kno, hear something creepy, the first thing we'll do is TURN THE LIGHTS ON. So you can see clearly and react appropriately. Anytime people go walking around their house in terror in the darkness, it gives off hoax vibes. But great entertainment nonetheless.

A couple things about #5. 1. Maybe dont sleep in a place that legitimately looks like a haunted house & 2. If you are going to fake being scared then actually fake it. Breathing & shivering like your scared to death but you hold the phone completely still makes me think it's fake. Start paying attention to these & you'll notice it a lot.

The unnerving thing about the last one is how genuine the kids' reaction to seeing something move on its own is. They just stop in awe, and wonder if what they just saw really happened. If you had stayed up until 5am, seeing something like that happen would make you question whether or not you've just been up so long that you've been seeing things.
I'm a first responder, and at some point during a work set, hit a point where I'll be so exhausted I start to hallucinate...
It started out as audible hallucinations. (I would literally hear what sounded like someone just outside the bedroom whispering like they were having a phone chat)
I realized what was happening, and make a point to sleep more often now.
But I swear I see more shadows move out of the corners of my eyes than I ever did before. Sometimes I just chuckle to myself at the silliness of it, then other days I am 100% convinced I see some shadows move in my peripheral
@@chrisburke624 I see a lot more shadows out of the corner of my eyes, but it's difficult to tell if they are actually shadow entities or just the floaties in my retinal fluid.

Video #4 gives me flashbacks. My childhood home was EXTREMELY haunted. I remember one night, my best friend stayed the night with me. We slept in the spare room next to our kitchen. We were up late when we suddenly heard noises coming from the kitchen. When we went to look, every single cabinet and drawer was wide open. Including the kitchen sink being on. We were so young that we didn’t think nothing of it. Closed everything and went back to bed but now when I think back, I realize a lot of the stuff I experienced was validation of the afterlife

This is about the 20th video I've seen of ghost stomping upstairs or just rushing at the living! I find it hard to believe that all the ghosts around the world got together and made a plan!
I actually think its fairly easy to do, you just record in another instance the sound from the same position and then to the actual video you add the audio and itll sound like its comin from in front of them or whichever place while no ones there
