Chicken Gizzard. Simple Recipe.

  • INGREDIENTS
    • Chicken gizzard
    • Chopped onions
    • Chopped garlic
    • Coriander (optional)
    • Cooking oil
    • Salt to taste
    • For the masala’s :
    Red chilli powder, Cumin powder and Chicken Masala.
    INSTRUCTIONS
    • In a pan heat some cooking oil and fry the garlic first. Followed by the onions and the masala’s. Add salt and sauté till everything blends well. Add the chicken gizzard and give it a good mix then cover and cook till the water is extracted from the meat. Give it a good stir and add 200-300ml of water. Cover and cook the meat for another 10 minutes. Remove the lid and let the water dry down completely (if you want gravy you can skip this step) garnish with coriander your dish is now ready to serve.

    Try with mint leaves for garnish n serve with steamy hot rice opps!!! That was real good n ur video reminds me of it. ☺️

    Thank you for the recipe. If I may make a very small suggestion, I would increase the volume of your voice in comparison to the music. At times it was difficult to follow what you were saying because the music drowned it out. Had to use the subtitles ... somewhat funny since it said "geezer" instead of "gizzard" XD
