Elle, I know I am double posting here but really needed to share this with you . Last night as I was doing my skin routine, I finished with Marula oil & moisturizer, and was attempting to give myself a facial massage as you have taught us. Well, this blew me away! It was quiet, I had my fingers going up the under my cheeks to the pressure point of my jaws and held the pressure there for a few seconds and then came down my neck to my armpits, and HOLY WOW ! It hit me, and I started crying. I thought what in the world, so I googled to see if that was normal. LOL Now I know all the rage about massage, let alone a facial massage. Thank You, You just turned My Life around, going to book a massage for the first time EVER in my life ASAP ! MUAH !!!

This is going into my saved videos folder and I'm heading to Amazon to buy me some tools! This was incredible. The lift and visible firmness you achieved was VERY impressive. I can see a google search marathon in my future about the lymphatic system and how physical manipulation/stimulation works in conjunction with it. I hv watched many videos about how to apply gua sha on face from others but this video's is amazing more details and really good technic.
What a great video! I couldn't decide if I wanted the smooth or textured jade roller, so I got a set with both and the gua sha scraping tool. I never imagined myself being a two fisted roller, but I love using both of them at the same time symmetrically on my face. I appreciate the lesson on how to use the gua sha tool. Thanks!
Thanks, Amy!! I got the gua sha tool from #touchbeauty website. It really works well for me as so far. Do not put too much pressure. Just slide gently across the face. I do notice the difference in my jawline!! Absolutely it is a non-invasive approach to make me look younger. 💋
Thank you SO much. I’ve had my gua Sha for the longest time but haven’t used it because I didn’t know how. Now, I’m really getting concerned about sagging jaw area. I was considering Botox, but I’m SO glad I pulled out my gua sha and pulled up this video from whom I trust the most with such. It does feel so good. First thing in the morning. Some time back I had a stubborn earache. I thought it was an infection but dr said TMJ. As I was going under jaw i felt that point as you mentioned. Thanks again.

Thank you so much for doing the video. I'm definitely going to get that tool, and maybe even the roller. Right side of jaw clicks a bit (not sure if it's TMJ) but sounds like this could help. Plus drainage and circulation sounds like a good thing - no use spending lots on makeup when I could also improve the canvas (the face) too. Cheers from the UK.
