If they don’t buff it they should definitely replace it with something that actually has an effect.
Maybe the growth shield skill is bugged

It increases with the amount of buffs. Think of him on an infinity comp with the amount of buffs you place.

Personally this champion would have been better as a poisoner. Or at least the poison passive
I am sorry to say this, but this fusion is bad.
We could have gotten a full team reviver for a faction that is missing solid, accessible reviver; in addition to this, he could have been a poison activater- this game has so few of those [only 1 that can do it on an AOE] - but this has no use for me [and I am sure, for many other players neither]. It is sad to see, that as soon as there is a new buff, every other aspect of utility is being ignored.
This might be one of the worse fusions [in terms of a champion, not in terms on how there are doing this - a classic fusion]
bro what, this skill set is literally viable for everything in the entire game.. a poison exploder only has some uses, doesnt work for cb.. most people prioritize CB teams.
he wouldnt get poison explode aka Elenaril. he would get poison activation. aka Teodor (without Teodor's hp burn part).
@@M1773ns Thank you for the correction; that would still make him very strong and even more useful for areas such as CB [since you can then have continuous poison-damage over time without having to worry about reapplying it]. And instead of the HP-Burning he would revive the entire team.
Finally someone that shares my opinion. I was so mad about all the hype around the new buff whereas every other form would have been so much better. He would have been such a cool champ to pair with my zavia or even a great solo with a bunch of food plus as you mentioned a great fw champ. Now we got an average champ just acuse some ppl could'nt wait for inter ept to come into the game later anyway. It may counter armanz but only if you go first which makes it useless. I voted for the support role all along, at least I was right in that regard
@@chameleon341nah he is just an average hydra champ as of rn which is his only usecase. Shields are useless and the only reason we got his kit in the first place is cause some were curios about the new buff which is completely useless in hydra if someone that triple hits has it

@@SkratchPlays I think the main problem is you HAVE to go first to even put it up. So if you had an armanz or wukong in besides him you would sheep the debuffer anyway! I am happy that I can skip a fusion tho. Was running REAL low on resources

They should just do this champ's skills like masteries; where we have the option in game to pick the ones we want in game and if we choose to change them, we just pay gems to do so. If they wanted to make a unique toon, this would be the way to do it.
That shield increase was pitiful lmao. What was that. On varl The shield started at about 35k, looks like it’s a little below 40k.. I’d expect a little more for so many buffs
Imo people are fixating on the parts of the kit that don't really matter, and ignoring what'll make him an absolute hydra powerhouse. The buff extension, shield, increase defense, provoke, decrease attack, and ability to mischief tank. With FIrrol, Veil, 9-piece protection, Taras, Gharol being the end game meta, buff extension in a champ that brings multiple buffs, a critical debuff, and your provoke is very powerful. He'll slot in really well with a secondary buff extender like MIkage to maintain 9-piece protected/firrol amplified buffs the whole fight, and limit the need for other defensive support.

Hey @ScratchPlays, I believe that the reason why Armanz is able to fully "remove" the stacks is because his ability is twofold, he's not really removing the buff rather he's spending the two charges at once, frist charge goes away for the "buff removal part" and the second one would go away to cover for the sheep part, maybe try it against a lady serris to see if this is still the case?
Its like 0.1 shield value for each buffed duration increased 😂

All you need is place the intercept on you cleanser or the champ that places veil (they don't veil themselves) to counter torment

It depends. If you specific champs, then he can be useful in hydra. Of course, I am an endgame player, so I only focus on hydra.
i was telling people to vote for the poison passive atleast it would be useful in clanboss but no they had to choose counter attack and guess what it can be removed lol

A poisoner with counterattack would have been more useful. Provoke is a stupid debuff for bosses.
He's going to be so good with firrol in the lead for hydra, that will give you a solid way to deal with the head of torment without shamael. Can't wait to try it out on my team

I like your build, kind of the same of what I want to try, but with least HP, so he becomes the target of the cleansing hydra head and gets taunt back over and over with the counterattack.
You did Hydra manually... does he target the right head with his a1 on auto?

To be honest i do think he will be good for mid and early game players but for me that wants to do hydra full auto i dont see his use, now if that intercept was on all allies ( probably will come out a mythical with that ability) or his a1 was aoe than i would think he was good for end game accounts

Yeah, the problem is that it's hard to fit him in the team. Have a vod coming a bit later today with him in PVP and it's very hard to get the job done.

I think this guy can help bomb champs to be viable, he must be fast enough to place the intercept, kimi or arbais to buff them and finally place the bombs without worrying about poly.

Great showcare skratch, idk why ppl are hating on him so much, ppl forget its a game and its meant to be fun, even if you re endgame he still has alot of utilities in his kit that you can mix and match with other champs, that s what like to do in hydra, i dont just brainlessly press start with the same teams every week
Idk why people chose the counterattack passive…. The decay head focuses on the champ with the lowest hp and this fusion is a def based champion which means he most likely wouldn’t be the one with the lowest hp.

Nothing, unfortunately, that skill that increases shield value is very weak for it.
If its a huge shield and thinking its 1% per buff it might, not so much as to grow but as a damage damper so brogni can grow it bigger, just curious youare probably right

He's not so bad but he ain't worth the hassle, it's kinda good cause we've had amazing fusions since the beginning of the year so it's good to chill and hoard some resources for once
I am so glad people are waking up about this fusion. I have been calling this fusion out as bad for literally over a month now. As soon as they showed all the potential skills I said he was gonna be a meh champion and I was getting some hate for that take. Now the majority feel that way.

The shield growth is indeed disappointing. It seemed to be virtually non-existent. Hoping it is simply not working like intended, and that Plarium fixes it.

Nuke Wixwell would be much better but Plarium tricked community by just giving a3 and not saying his multipliers in nuke version. He is just another midiocer support that excels in absolutely nothing except being average.

this is pathetic because when we were voting for skills I think it said that counterattack buff can't be removed but when they showed us his skills it said that only first counterattack can't be removed which is just sad. That was his main selling point as mischief tank
@@failedsupernova9575 yeah I'm disappointed and feel duped. He gets a protected buff at the start of his first turn only that becomes removable immediately. Not even a full turn of protected buff. Completely unnecessary to even have it in the skill description.
Plarium clearly messed up with his name!!! There are many legendary heroes, including void-quality ones, who claim the title of VaultKeeper. My contender for the title is Frostking!

It’s like the main purpose of mixwell are only to protect a champ from sheep, that’s it. We should vote for attack or support type but you know most people are early to midgame so this intercept buff sounds like a total bait.
