She's an easy skip for me. If you have the Faction champ Fyna, this could be interesting for either Hydra or Arena maybe even DT bosses. And Cursed City as well like always. In Arena Narses would rip right through her passive I believe…

If she does damage based on target HP, she could be much better. So it all depends on how she does damage. I plan to get her. I enjoy the monthly cadence of getting a leggo and she could end up being useful. Could use her with arbiter for Sand Devil (Godseeker plus 2 more DPS) with lower stat requirements

You can still get Deliana, i just had the misfortune of pulling her from a primal.

It is not a skip because that is the only way you will get a legendary.

Great video. I totally agree with you in this fusion. Incarnate is absolutely unnecessary. This champ won't change my team dramatically. She's pretty good, but aftet all the fusions and events, i feel totally drained. We should be happy with our Armanz and Wixwell

This seems odd after wixwell. Another Force Defence legendary. She should have been attack / magic and pair with wixwell not arbiter.

Very passable fusion. Not needed. There's just too much stuff to do lately , honestly done with the game. If Anybody wants a pretty high up account send me a message, selling for dirt cheap.

I think she's missing a cleanse. Arbiter doesnt have a cleanse, so i think it would make this champion more valuable if the first part of that A2 had some sort of cleanse. Like "remove 1 random debuff from allies, and 1 random buff from enemies", instead of that remove all shields crap!

Arbiter now need new texts adding something that booster this fusion power , arbiter revive fully heal her and trigger her a3 meybe.

may just do it to have a chance at a dupe for faction guardians tbh - that way the extra speed will help my arbiter as much or more than this chick Sux when they put a mediocre kit with an awesome looking champ

Sorry to hear it’s a mixed fusion. I wanted the fragments to unlock the Sacred Order champion. I guess I’ll have to get the epic fragments.

This legendary should have been made a mythical. The alternate form could have had abilities that bolsters all high elves abilities. Since they made it very niche, at least the interplay between form changes would have been fun. Even granting it mythical status and having the alternate forms’ abilities yet to be determined would still be possible. Similar to voting on Wixwell’s abilities, just kinda uniquely revealed. We really need another mythical fusion. This would have filled a great spot for people that already fused Mikage, or those who have Fyna. She brings several additional buffs and that is what Fyna is all about. I just wish Plarium leaned in a little more, a team with Fyna and Arbiter could have been been super tanky, but still not a must-pull.
