If deadpool got his factor from wolverine during an experiment by expect plus program, they should be the same. The only difference I see is that wolverine has a to combat metal poisoning from his skeleton. In otherwords...

I think hugh Jackman will play wolverine a little bit longer cause the money is there and the mutants will get to be a part of the hopefully MCU and not the MsheU and i dont think he would want to pass that up. Then he will probably retire wolverine and someone else can take over.

Is it just me, or was the coloring way off in a lot of those shots from Wolverine 99? Like part of Wolverine's mask being his skin color, Deadpool's suit being more black than it should be. Not a big comic reader, so I'm not sure if that's common, but that looked way off

Yes his bones are. What is not is the ligaments and tendons that hold them together. It’s the same way you can dislocate his arms or legs. Yes you can behead Wolverine. Just slice in between the bone.

It might be because Deadpool can't beat Wolverine in a full close quarter combat, so he has to resort to those methods to have a chance to win.
