Thanks buddy. I kept thinking if someone saw me what theyd think..so had to chose a moment where I was alone..the fog and mist helped...it was a magical moment
well that looked fairly brutal! watching Bens video I really felt for Carla with it being her first ultra, what a way to spend your first 50k, soaked the whole way! Well done for battling through and I think that's a cracking time! Lovely tribute to your dad too, I don't know how you didn't get choked up and unable to run!
