For me greatest features of all is auto PiP mode in meet and youtube. Also, with PiP mode you get play back control basically you can forward/backward the video while you are on any other page. No one browser has that except Mozilla, I guess, but still not smooth as Arc.

Just thinking has no one used Edge before, because you can almost do all of these in Edge

I'm kinda meh... I rarely use split screen with browser windows and anyway that's not a big deal. And I often have 2 Windows workspaces with an instance of Firefox in each, each one with specific pinned tabs + specific apps.
AI integration is cool but I won't change my habits just for that.

I tried it on Win, but couldn't stand it. No bookmarks? Not enough drag and drop.

1:02 Being passionate is not an argument for anything other than... being passionate. It's not a yardstick for quality. Even deluded people are passionate about their delusions. When this is mentioned first, I already shift down a gear or two and become sceptical as to why there is no mention of anything other than people's emotions for what they do. Bad cooks may also be passionate about what they enjoy doing, unfortunately they are not good at it. Is there anything other than passion that you would like to bring forward as an argument?
And since yer channel is about, what, productivity, I wonder why I have to skip the first minute before you finally get down to brass tacks.... You obviously have a different notion of productivity than I do, if you think wasting my time with self-aggrandising and spouting the most obvious things I should be doing on these platforms when I think it's worth following someone as if I only have a double digit IQ (with a decimal in the middle) is actually adding insult to injury.
So, here's what you get for trying to poke me around and treat me like I'm a 24-carat eejit: 👎🏼 🤜🏼🤕 👌🏼

Imagine seriously saying " I love this new browser (which is redesigned Chrome yeah) because it has tab groups and it closes my tabs automatically "
Please don't download Vivaldi :)) Or It's gonna be 3h video

Totally. I had higher expectations and it is a fancier Chrome. Not seeing the innovation just yet. Maybe let's wait?

yeah, it seems like a glorified vivaldi browser to me

Seems like nothing more than a ripoff of Edge browser... but with just a fraction of what Edge can do!

I'd say give it a try for a while! Arc is now available for Windows, and you might be surprised by the workflow changes compared to Edge and Chrome. Granted, some features (mainly the AI stuff) are missing from the Windows version, but I fell in love with Arc before those existed. Another huge win for Arc is their team-they truly listen to their community, providing weekly updates and amazing videos on everything they're doing. Being excited about the future of a product you love is extremely underrated. I can't remember the last time I felt that way about Chrome or Edge :)
