That's why I bought a 2019 husky tx300 last year for the carburetor and it still has a Kickstarter they wanted $2,000 more for a 2020 I wasn't even interested in a TPI

Alll TPi problems are fixed by converting back to a carb , there is nothing positive about TPi , it’s heavier , more unreliable , always runs inconsistent , more costly and never makes better power than a decent carb set up - they are junk

Thank you so much for making this video. My bike wouldn't start and it turned out to be a plugged fuel filter. It did not look dirty at all. But when I put a new one in it fired right up. Mine is a 2022 and you also have to watch the little rubber elbow that goes from the oil tank to the oil pump. They can split easily.

Really enjoyed the video. What brought me here was a friend's bike. 2019 ktm 300 xc-w tpi (us model). Bike will only spark when there is no load on engine (spark plug removed). Replaced pretty much every sensor, ignition coil, stator. Ohmed the wiring harness. Checked all grounds. How smart is this bike? Can it tell that the rings are bad by the crankcase pressure sensor? That's pretty much the last thing to check, although I don't think that should keep it from sparking. What are your thoughts? Thank you

Thanks for the video! What about your orange radiator hoses? Did you do a thermostat delete? A lot of people are replacing those hoses or putting protection around them becasue of the power-valve cover hitting it and puncturing the hose. Your hose is nowhere near touching it compared to my bike. My bike that has never been dropped is already touching the cover (and screw head) straight from the factory :(

I have a problem with my ktm exc 300 tpi 2021 with 16hours on it.
On technical stuff where you don't open the throttle so much it sounds way to rich and runs poorly (almost like a cold engine).
This dissappears when you give it more gas, even from standstill.
I would say that 1/4 of the throttle is like this.
I've heard about the crankcase pressure sensor that can be faulty?
Do you have any more tips?

Hello, useful video thanks a lot. I have following problem:
    - 2019 300 exc tpi ( 60 hours)
    - bike was standing for 1 year
    - now no spark no fuel pump
    - checked the following things:
    - fuel pump running with direct + -
    - crank shaft sensor checkt
    - relays changed and checked
    - all wire connectors + harnesses checked
    - kill switches checked
    - connected direct grounding on the ECU pin 36 + 48
    - baypass the relay to have current + on t the bike, no fuel pump eather
    - all fuses checked
    - so there is just one chance ( ECU ) is not working
Do you have some other idea?

I've already check all. Still the same issue. Husqvarna TE150i, bought as a new bike 2 months ago. In the mid RPM range, the engine starts to interrupt. It only happens when I slowly add more gas. When the throttle is 100% open, the engine cranks up normally to high RPM. I've already swapped the crankcase pressure sensor with the other one, unfortunately it also didn't help.

Hi TheDirtbikeRIder, I have a 2018 ktm 250 tpi, it will bog with WOT. it will start and idle great, and it can rev up from idle to WOT, but when on WOT for 1-2 seconds, it starts to bog. here are what I've checked and replaced, but issue not fixed, need help if you have time:
    1. replace tank from a normal bike
    2. update the ecu mapping to 554 the sport rider mapping edition; replaced with 2018 tpi 300 ecu.
    3. clean the CCPS hose and replaced a new CCPS
    4. replace battery with a new one, check the charging volt >13
    5. read data from odb tool, TPS, CCPS works.
    6. try to lock the exhuat valve to max open with cable ties
    7. remove the air filter
    8. replaced ignition coil from a normal bike.

They wil only make 125 tpi when they find out to make injection work like a carb they are still testing a lot of different mappings to make a injection 2 stroke react like a carb but ktm engeniers can make it run like carb but with that mapping euro emissions problems and other problems with oil mixture.
