    ATG suggests, if you want a hybrid system, get what I got around the home to cook & eat the home.
    My uncle mod & ran the spiral metal duct pipe out of the home (chimney filled with hot heat). If we need more heat we open the front door. And while you are cooking it will fill the home with chef's homemade cuisine smell.
    Sometime it get so hot inside the home that we open doors & windows.
    Real smoked cuisine that neighbors, friends & drive by willing to buy.
    ATG/Masterbuilt MES130S: comes solid or window. We preferred the window.

      Store it in the shade, AWAY from direct sunlight.
      When correctly filled, a tank will be at 80% capacity. On a hot day, the propane will expand, and should NOT be exposed to temperatures of more than 120 degrees F.

  • @BlueberryBat-vu5vp
    @BlueberryBat-vu5vp Před 7 měsíci

    Guys the reason you can’t store propane tanks inside is because houses are warmer than it is outside and when propane tanks are filled outside all the way up and then go inside where it’s warm the gas expands from the heat difference and will start shooting out the bleeder inside your home.

  • @arielrodriguez6980

    • @GreenTrilby
      @GreenTrilby Před 2 lety

      Make sure to keep your tanks nice and shiny! A clean tank reflects more heat and stops gas from leaking out.

      The FD has plenty to do already. Summoning a fire truck to the Quick Shop parking lot may cause it to be farther away from a house fire. Just don't leave it in a car with the windows up , ever.

    • @Ja2808R
      @Ja2808R Před rokem +1

      @@skblack5050 you are right! To all who posted (albeit some years ago) venting yourself is much simpler than misdirecting the fire department away from real emergencies. (They do more than fight fires btw.)
      I’m still working with propane to this day and I will continue to inform that it is not as scary as you think, and if anyone has any real questions over misconceptions I am more than willing to help you get over the hump to be a real man like I me whom deals with propane in ways all society is afraid of every single day.

      No, you are wrong. Many people run their car all day with the engine hood opened (half of the car is inside of house-to warm the home) where we are at during winter.

    • @marks146
      @marks146 Před 5 lety +2

      They fill your tank outside. Propane is sensitive to temperatures. If they fill it to capacity when it's cold outside, then you bring it indoors to a warm room the overfill valve can release propane as it expands when it warms. This release of propane can then ignite in a rather lively manor. Perhaps BOOM.....
