There's more to British comedy than Benny Hill, Morecambe & Wise is a class act.

AND THAT IS, MOSTLY THANKS TO THE LOONY PC BRIGADE. BRITAIN HAS ALWAYS BEEN A BAWDY NATION, WITH A HIGH DEGREE OF NAUGHTY INNUENDO, BUT NOT OUTRIGHT OBSCENETY. BUT THAT'S ALL WE HAVE TODAY, AND BLOODY BORING IT IS TOO.

I got banned from a comedy club in Edinburgh
      for being racist.
All I did was walk onstage and say "thank you ladies and gentlemen it's great to be back in England".
Everybody else in Scotland gets the joke.

As always, perfect timing and delivery from eric but also faultless back up from ernie..superb sketch.I think what always came across with these two was the love and respect for each other as well as the joint ambition to make each sketch as good as it could possibly be ,regardless of who got the funny lines.Thankyou for sharing this with us,Ratpackmanreturns, as you say ABSOLUTE CLASS !!!!!!
