Ok so this is my second vid about The Ann(e)s and definitely not my last. I hope to make more because I need to get through this endless hiatus. This is a vid from Ann Walker's POV because I felt that even though the last vid I made (which was from Anne Lister's POV) had some angst it was still on the light angst side. I wanted to show how much Ann Walker struggled with not only her decision to marry Anne but how much she struggled with her own mental health. I think that Sophie does an amazing job portraying Ann Walker and I really wanted to highlight that with this video. This song was challenging for me because of the tempo and the lyrics and just how angsty it was. I hope I stepped up to the challenge. I'm more nervous about posting this vid than posting my first one. Particularly because I wanted to do Ann Walker justice. I saw in an interview with Sophie where she said that Ann Walker was just as brave as Anne Lister if not more so because she had to come to terms with who she was faster and because she didn't have the confidence that Anne Lister had. It was a bigger hill to climb in a shorter time I think.

Part 4 “stay with me..” loved all the scenes you chose with this and I said goddamn when you had the goodbye scene with that tear falling down Anne’s face to “I will wait for you.” Why you playing games yo. That shit got me. All those perfect beats then oh shit the DRAMMMA!! I shouldn’t but I do love when surANNE raises her voice lol. She was getting fed the f up. Lordy all the scenes or Ann and her drawings of Anne trying to forget and all that going so well with the song. Oh yeah perfect song btw but you knew that.
Part 2 I love the first vo you used. Set this angsty ass vid up nicely. I can’t believe you said you struggled with the beginning of this because it is so on point with poor Ann’s vo and then you got her unraveling. Ugh I love her tapping on the book and all these scenes with the lyrics are perfect and ugh again I love how you edited on beat.
Sophie did such a good job acting as the confused naive but in real life she seems empty headed. There's something up there.
I was so overwhelmed with emotions, I love thos show so much 😭 I really need the season 3 to hapoen

Part 3 damn I feel I gonna have a lot of parts lol. Yes with Anne telling her don’t let them poison us ooh and then the you’re playing with Fiya! Lordy I Anne’s face at 0:47 had me dying because she’s like hmm lol. Idk why I found it more funny here than when watching the ep. It makes Ann look a bit more unstable in your vid. Anyway yes I couldn’t wait til the chorus started and that drama came right with it. Loved all the loving touches vs not so loving angsty touches.
So here I am because I’m struggling plus I couldn’t wait to watch it so like I said here I am lol. Letttttt meeeee say firstly..HOT DAMMMMN! This was so good. Girl tell me why my stomach was nervous watching because of the song and the way you started it with the cuts on beat!! That’s what I’m talking about!

Part 5 ugh I looooove her I love you’s then Ann saying she can’t have what she wants followed but “what do you want?” And her looking all happy and in love goddammit. Damn this video makes me feel even worse for poor Ann and her struggles. Nice job with that. Love how as soon as Anne says “have some courage ann” we see her finally have some. That’s right she going to get her girl. Lordy the “die without you” and Ann’s bloody wrists yaaaas B!! Loooved how you ended it happy lol with all them kisses and shit and the marriage. So perfect with the “if you asked me to marry you again” vo too and I looove how you ended it with their hands. Laaawd this vid

Part 6 GMT umm this is one of your best vids and one of my favorites now. Seriously this was sooo damn good you had me making noises lol. You really did capture Ann walker beautifully.
