- So, i came across this series, which ive actually known about before it came out. The story of Miss Anne Lister, her life, and love life. To me she's a very important part of history because she stood for something that was unrecognizable at the time of her life. A woman so powerful, strong, beautiful, talented and adventurous...like no other. She inspires then and TODAY, many years after her passing, because her power to be herself and never let anyone take her down for what she believed in. She will be remembered for many many more years to come. What is most sad, that after so so many years, still, there is hate and disrespect towards women. They are still seen in big part of the world, has nothing. We choose to forget it, and hide it, but its there. We still need to fight for women's rights to be equalized. Even when im old and die, i think still, the world will never be fully acceptable of lgbt and women. Let us live in reality and not pretend everything is okay. We need to still fight. Remember to be true to yourself. Never let anyone take you down, you are beautiful.
