Merus Palo Duro Canyon Jeep Adventure

In this fun and hopefully slightly better produced video, we show you our visit to a fantastic place for exploration and adventure in the great state of Texas, whether that be by four wheel drive, mountain bike, horseback, or on foot. What a great place is Merus Adventure. If you are watching this, you have probably heard the name. We took the 2013 Jeep Wrangler 2-door JK on a grand adventure on the trails of Merus Adventure and had a blast of a time. In 4-low most of the day, we tested the Jeep's capabilities and my capabilities as a driver, set eyes upon some wonderful canyon scenery, and enjoyed the natural world. I recommend Merus Adventure to absolutely anyone seeking to get outdoors and enjoy life, smell the air, and get away from the rotten concrete jungles of towns and cities. Set in Palo Duro Canyon, the second largest canyon in the United States, Merus Adventure offers many miles of offroad trails for any four wheel drive enthusiast. These trails offer something for everyone from beginner to crazy 4x4 madman, and you will see a selection of vehicles and rigs upon your visit. My Jeep Wrangler JK is still in project mode with new gears and lockers coming soon, but it is great fun with the two inch Rancho lift and 34.3" tires. Hiking? Merus Adventure has miles of hiking trails. On this trip, we elected to hike the Lighthouse Trail at Palo Duro Canyon State Park, but you will have to catch me on Facebook to see those pics.
