    Thank you so, so much. I started crying in the relaxation at the end, proper big sobs and I don't particularly know why. I think I must be carrying far too much tension at the moment and this definitely released it. I really appreciate all that you do

    This and one more of night routine videos are my favorite. I have been doing this every night for the past two weeks and I sleep better every night. I wake up with relaxed muscles to do my workouts. No one compares to you @Isawelly. No CZcamsr

    I’m so grateful for your spirit. The movements are rejuvenating and I love that you truly teach how to be in the body and how to move it. I was doing Pilates for quite some time on CZcams and I saw results but I felt physically frustrated with the strength imbalances in my body.     This was amazing!!! My C-section was about 26 years ago. However, I still feel like this will be so beneficial. And when you had us open our hips and breathe to release. I did the 45 minute video.

    Thank you so much for this video! I've been unable to do pilates like I'm used to for the past few weeks due to an abdominal injury, and I've been a little afraid to jump right back into it, both because I'm not fully healed yet and because I know I'm not quite where I was before the injury (can't do quite as many core workouts right now as I used to, sadly). This was a really great way for me to get back into pilates without worrying too much about aggravating my injury! Will definitely be doing it again in the next few weeks as I work back to where I was before!
