Picked up a TH400 for my 67 this summer. It was out of a 67 GTO running as the guy put a four speed in his car.
Very cool should be a good one, I took this one apart and second gear clutches are burned up. Totally rebuildable so cleaning it up now and ordered kit.

The price was,fair and had most of what I was missing too.
Too rough for VVG to fix! Definitely a parts car.
As much as I love a challenge it’s just not worth it. Maybe if it was judge.
I have a nice 69 Lemans custom S I'm thinking of selling. make a great GTO with your parts car. I even have a YS 69 goat motor.
Of the two could make a nice car.
What are you using all those GTO parts for??? Haha.
