DIY MOSQUITO AND BUG REPELLENT CANDLES RECIPE
You will need:
A mason jar;
1 lemon, sliced;
1 lime, sliced;
A few sprigs of rosemary;
10 drops of essential oils of choice;
Water;
A tea light.
Start by placing the sliced fruit in the jar. You might want to place a few slices standing, and one at the bottom of the container. Next, add the fresh rosemary.
Fill the jar with fresh water, making sure to leave enough space at the top.
Add the essential oils of choice.
Place the tea light in the jar, carefully making sure to keep the wick dry.
Light the candle and enjoy a bug free evening.
Variations:
You can use sliced oranges if you prefer. Also, swap the rosemary with another herb of choice, such as mint or basil.
Furthermore, you can also add a few rose petals to the mix!

Thyme;
Rosemary;
Citronella;
Lemon Eucalyptus;
Eucalyptus;
Lemongrass;
Lavender;
Geranium;
Peppermint;
Spearmint;
Etc.
You can use any of the above oils in DIY candles to repel bugs and mosquitoes. Choose according to your preference and what you have available.
