The 2021 BMW 4 series is based in some ways off of the 2011 BMW 328 HOMMAGE show car and in some ways off of the 1930's BMW 328 race car. This is the story of how BMW not only went back to the drawing board but back to the history books to design the new 2021 BMW 430i and 2021 BMW M440i.

great review man! Thank you for reviewing the base model. This is the one that I would probably go for (probably black on black/beige/red around 52-53k msrp) but 99.9% of reviewers have reviewed the fully loaded M sport models which in my opinion is not the best bang for your buck on a car like the 430. If I was going to spend 57-60K on a 4 series might as well go for the M440 at around 59-60k base
