Nothing screams record-breaking depreciation like a 7 series Hybrid.

I thought the same thing at first Evan and I own two older Mercedes (98 SL500 with 25k and 07 CLK550 Convertible with 77k) but I have to wonder if this will be the last of the gas powered big-bodies (and yes, they will depreciate to nothing anyway like any car) but if there is a time 30 or 40 years from now where they're looked at like an early Alpina or M6. They really are sensational cars and that hybrid module is cheap to replace and in millions of cars so parts will be there forever. Who knows? Whomever can afford this car likely is leasing it anyway or could care less what resale value looks like. I think it will stand out however in the future...like most AMG cars
