Most shoes have an internal in-sole that can be removed as it is usually tacked on with glue or even snugly placed in it

you have to remove the old insoles

There are 3 different versions of the Scholl Gel Active soles: Everyday, Work, and Sport. Check size and type before buying.
which way do you put them in? is it not the gel facing up?

I prefer Dr. Scholl insole for back pain. Lighter and has cushion for heel.The gel is heavy and almost does nothing
yeah, I also find that they make the shoe heavier
Is this an English product? Because I don't see them in American stores. Scholls sux.

Yes
i have the sport version. terrible, the white hard plastic component is overfelt by your foot, possibily the ones u r reviewing are way better
