I'm 19 and my first job ever is a dishwasher now and I work 8 hours day standing up for a whole time and so i needed some good insoles i hope it helps me since I have a terrible pain from the foot and back
I hope it helps too! Keep us posted! :)
@Jacob Sanchez huge difference it makes you stand properly and the back pain goes away and that's for 8 hours with no rest just standing up so 30 euros is worth it
That’s tuff I’m a dishwasher too but I’m 14 years okd
I really tride deferent ones but the Gel Soles was the best of them all , I encourage U to get it .. also there’s a small high stole to sit on half sit ( just Ur bom to rest on it ) it will help lifting the body weight from Ur feet , it’s a high stool with a small folding sit ( round sit) U can carry with you whenever U want .. also will help , when U go back to Ur home to lay on the floor & put Ur legs & foots on the couch to rest .
@@arnoldmtzblurr5063 bay the Gel Soles it’s great & I’m using it because I stand on my feet’s for 8-10 hours a day .. It’s will help if U ( while standing doing Ur job) to left one feet up then put it dawn one after one like Ur walking on the same spot . Also lay on floor beside a wall who’ll Ur legs high on the wall to easy the blood pressure on the legs & feet’s .
“stay positive, be you” Love that!
:)
Thank you, nice and thorough review
Glad it was helpful! :)
Thank you for the review Brother 🙏👍
No problem 👍 Thanks for watching!
Best insoles are $3-4 boost foam insoles from China. Nothing. Nothing beats them. Adidas boost technology ("borrowed") with ultra cheap price. Can literally transform any shoes to become much more comfortable and with rebound energy
Great video. Thanks
Good review. Thanks.
No problem!
Thanks for the review
No problem 👍
Thanks man, super super helpful! I appreciate it and I just subscribed. Looking forward to watching more of your content! Thx :)
Welcome! Thanks for the support!
Just a heads up for anyone buying dr scholls sports insoles. The older models (8-14, with the Orange/Green sneaker on the packaging and ALL of the ones that are 8-13) were made substantially better than the newer 8-14 models. All of the newer versions have the blue sneaker on the packaging and they are absolute garbage in comparison to the old ones.
Oooo Good to know! Thanks for sharing!
Thank u I was thinking to buy these for my soccer shoes cuz I suck at running but thank u for explaining 🙏
Welcome! Glad I could help!
Then get better at running.
I just got a job at a Theme Park and standing all day rly kills my feet and back. I'll make sure to check this out!
Definitely! Maybe get a back strap for your back and a foot massager for yourself to use after a long day coming home :)
Get the half insoles for knee and heel pains. I just got them and I swear I got instant relief. I work in a hospital in the OR, so I'm on my feet all day long. They're so going in every single pair of shoes I wear in the OR!
@@mirikira8632 I’ll check em out!
@@JonathonGomez I'll be buying some more today. I'm wearing them in my sneakers as I'm on the bus, going to work. You have the weekend to adjust to them. Don't wear them too much at first. I wore them for like an hour yesterday, but today, I'm on my feet so I want to be pain free. It says on the box that you have to adjust your feet to wearing them. Fingers crossed, I'm going for a full day!
@@mirikira8632 how did it go ?
thank you so much man
No problem! :) Thanks for watching!
i use this for skating and if you can’t get footprint insoles just get this dr scholl sport insole cause it feels more comfortable than the foot print insole
Nice! Thanks for sharing! :)
Shoed you double your insoles new on top of old insole?
Don't buy Dr Scholl or any brand of insole if they are made of more than one part. Scholl gel insoles have fancy bits of different colours and they invariably fall off. There is no good reason to make them of more than one part but they eventually fall apart.
I find it important to place the gel insole under the original insole as the gel soles tend to creep.
Thanks for sharing! Noted!
So you wouldn’t take out the shoe insole but rather put this on top of the original one???
@@marco7838 he/she said to put it under
The older versions from 5 yrs ago were 500% better. When i tried buying the newer one it felt flimsy and terrible.
dude learn to use them properly
Nice video! Were these insoles much thicker than the original?
original? What you mean? Which one?
@@IsitWorthit1 I meant the original insoles that were in the shoes
@@duaneswaby622 oh yeah these are more thick than the original insole from the shoe
I use them because I'm having MCL issues, however it's difficult for my feet, meaning adding another insert does throw off the way my feet fit inside the shoe & it's a little tighter than I would like it to be. It's hard to explain, however it does help w/ shock absorption & the pounding from walking or running.
Did you remove the original insole in your shoes before putting the Dr. S insoles in?
O - Currently, I just put it over the top of my original insole, in an effort to double-up the cushioning. Is it best to remove the original?
PokerRun388 try removing the original one and see how the new insole feels for you. That might why it’s bulky and uncomfortable since both are in there
Thanks for sharing and responding, yeah I agree with what they said. Hope it helps!
Usually you would remove the other insole or obviously just big a size bigger because you’re adding something into your shoe making it tighter not even including socks yet lol
It’s better than going to buy a new pair of sneakers or shoes. Bought a 4 dollar jell sole first but I was disappointed and almost injured my foot than I brought dr. S and my feet felt good
me too! did the same thing
No it’s not worth buying it No after a 2 days these things hurt my knee calf’s and entire legs so I think I’m never buying Nike Air Force shoes again. Just took out original soles and they were thin cheaply made with a hard bottom surface underneath
@@mariaclemenciaasitimbay7206 air forces aren’t meant for walking long periods, try sports shoes that Nike have like air maxes
Thank you.
Welcome! :)
Best insole ever as it doesn't crowd like previous performance (Sports) insoles.
:)
@@IsitWorthit1 What u mean is it worth? Try it they have money back gaurenteed and dirt cheap on walmart and Amazon.
Soothing boys recommended *requested*
I’m goin to Coachella festival in April. Mostly walking and standing. Will these help my feet not hurt?
It definitely will have support and cushion. No promise it wont hurt because depends on how much you walk and etc.
@@IsitWorthit1 is it good for basketball? How bout forefoot impact protection?
how to use it over the old insole or remove the old insole and use this insole only
you use to remove it and replace with this one.
@@IsitWorthit1 yes i was buy decathlon run 300 , its amazing
Do you think these are good for walking/ standing 12 hrs a day I work warehouse and I need some soles would you recommend these for that?
Yes its good but i hate the squeaky noise it make from the gel after using it alot.
I just bought these cuz I work 12 hours and my feet have been killing me
Aiden OG are they good
@@Iloveghostsmwmwmwboboboworldat yes much better than before but my feet still hurt I soak them in Epsom salt with warm water makes me better
@Ar it’s gotten better for me but still shit makes my feet hurt
I still feel like lm 78 years old with my boat feet
:(
How long do the insoles last before purchasing a new one?
it depeds on how often you use and what you use it for,
@@IsitWorthit1 8 9 hrs for 5 days a week for walking and standing nonstop.
Between 4-6 months depending on use
Should try FP Insoles they claim to be the best.
Noted! Thanks for sharing!
I wouldn’t recommend those there only for less impact there not really for people with feet problems and wearing them for a long time isn’t good they wear out in 2 months
I actually never wear insoles (any footwear for that mattter) for running and if I get sore, then I'll just stop and wait until I recover before running again. I eventually build up more foot strength snd skin toughness. So, at least for myself, then it's definitely not worth it. Also, they're narrow at the end and therefore aren't foot shaped.
You're basically just not using your feet to run at that point but rather only relying on everything else, which is very unnatural.
I totally understand what you mean and its true. Thanks for sharing!
@@IsitWorthit1 You're welcome
What are your thoughts on wearing shirts then? Very unnatural as well imo
Bruh shut up. We don't care. If you don't wear insoles why you even here?😂
Just came across ur video, when I run with my soccer cleats my heels hurt, would you recommend this for my cleats insole’s ?
I dont see why not but I would say do a bit more research to see which one is best for you because for this brand they have many different type as you can see here : amzn.to/3rZH5cR
Was there a follow up?
Not yet
Would these fit comfortably in narrow skate shoes like adidas gazelle or adidas seeley?
Never own those shoe but trying it on the adidas ultraboost is nice but i still prefer the insole that is provided in the ultraboost, more comfortable.
@@IsitWorthit1 Would these fit well with yeezy boost 350?
Id get smth like footprint Insoles for skating, more expensive but better overall
@@Arc_if I have the adidas match court mid, they're super uncomfortable, I have flat feet as well, would those insoles be good for flat feet?
@@spetsnaz2931 yep, they have a few styles and if you're willing to pay a bit more there's one you heat up to conform to your feet
You never said how much it cost?
I try to avoid putting the price because it might change, you can see the cost on the link i provided in description.
10$
thxx ill try
:)
Can u wear them the opposite way
Not that I know of.
Do these increase any inches of height
Not really
Is that good for vans shoes ?
I dont really wear vans shoe but I dont see why not.
Thx i've been using vans old skool for like a year and because of its a skate shoe the inside is flat like hell and if you wear it for like 8-9 hours a day its starting to get painfull, just got another vans shoe with ortholite insoles in it and i can say it is a dream. I will try out these in my old skool because i dont wanna throw it out
@@zsoltimatyas4682 do u take out the standard insole in the vans or keep it and put the new ones on top
@@Akklipz i got a whole new shoe but if i put a new insole in my old skool i would remove the old one
Do they make a video in English?
? :0
You wear adidas boost and they are not comfortable ?!
Its comfortable but then after running in the ultraboost all the time the insoles starts to wear and tear so I decided to give these a try.
I agree!
Who the fuck puts insole in adidas ultra boost 🙄😵
Me I guess... 😭😭
Do theses increase height 🤣
Very little maybe a few centimeters?
I find Dr. Scholl's to be flimsy junk.
Thanks for sharing!
Dr schrolls... haha
