    Just a heads up for anyone buying dr scholls sports insoles. The older models (8-14, with the Orange/Green sneaker on the packaging and ALL of the ones that are 8-13) were made substantially better than the newer 8-14 models. All of the newer versions have the blue sneaker on the packaging and they are absolute garbage in comparison to the old ones.

  • @Longtack55
    @Longtack55 Před 3 lety +23

    Don't buy Dr Scholl or any brand of insole if they are made of more than one part. Scholl gel insoles have fancy bits of different colours and they invariably fall off. There is no good reason to make them of more than one part but they eventually fall apart.
    I find it important to place the gel insole under the original insole as the gel soles tend to creep.

  • @nabranestwistypuzzler7019

    I actually never wear insoles (any footwear for that mattter) for running and if I get sore, then I'll just stop and wait until I recover before running again. I eventually build up more foot strength snd skin toughness. So, at least for myself, then it's definitely not worth it. Also, they're narrow at the end and therefore aren't foot shaped.
    You're basically just not using your feet to run at that point but rather only relying on everything else, which is very unnatural.
