0:33 Weapon malfunction, notice how the bolt lugs were not engaged and gas came out. Only blanks but I think his muzzle was blocked with something
It was not a malfunction... Do you really think live ammo is used in a exercise... He was firing blank rounds and the gun is fitted with a blank firing device that covers the end of the barrel
i noticed that too. what i dont understand is how the gun is allowed to fire with the bolt not totally closed. is it normal for those M16 ~ AR-15 guns?

Although you can tell Guy had fun throughout his journey around Colombia, his thirst for adrenaline and danger is very misleading. On one hand he is zooming on aspects that he finds fascinating like drugs. Sadly drugs process, drug chases and drug land is the main focus of this program. This is hardly a balanced picture of what the country is now a days. On the other his approach to the culture is general and vage, although I'm sure for many is entertaining. Shallow, misleading and incomplete.
