In this video I go over how to use Pyro and Redshift in order to have a letter or piece of paper burn. This means using Pyro for the smoke and fire, but also Redshift to have the paper burn and disappear.

Would you be able to add a cloth tag to the paper to get tearing? Possibly with some bits flying away like embers still burning.
