I loved listening to this one. I'd add on top of what you shared it's crucial to 1. validate channel/intent/messaging/branding with minimum viable experiment first before committing to more (SEO, linkbuilding, positioning, ads, partnerships, funnels, etc.) 2. Don't distract yourself with research/analysis phase. After you get good enough strategy, get production and pace with that right. And meanwhile you can expand the research. Any form of planning without implementation is a WASTE, and if you don't have SYSTEM to produce, there is no need to go too detailed with the planning, you are just DISTRACTING yourself. 3. In most cases, it's better to FIRST GET IT DONE and then GET IT RIGHT (in case it gets traction). Most of the tactics are still assumptions, and usually, if it's good enough, they will show traction. 4. 2nd and third order consequence of the decisions --- this is big for BIZ and LIFE I love this type of content. It's always interesting to hear experienced-driven findings and thought processes. Also, it was interesting to get to know that side of yourself. Good luck
