I only recently found this channel and must admit I've been binge-watching it for days. The Josh and Ollie's antics remind me of Laurel and Hardy.... In this episode, whenever the champagne cork popped, Ollie's reaction had me literally laughing out loud. Great channel guys, please keep the videos coming!

About Karat scale, it's a measurement of the ratio of gold to total metal content. 24K mean 24 out of 24 part which means 99.9% gold (there's no way to make guaranteed 100% due to all the chemical use in purification) while most gold leaf is at 22K which means 22 out of 24, about 91.67% is gold and the rest is other metal, usually silver or copper.
The 1K Ollie talked about would be 1/24 (~4.17%) gold which while possible, would look more like other metal than gold. The 1K gold sold as jewelry have to be plated with 14Kgold in order for the colour to look "gold".
Edit: As for Wagyu, the letter (A-C) refers to amount of wagyu can be harvested from the cattle, A being better than standard.
The number (1-5) shows quality of meat judging from the marbling (fat/mean ratio in marble-patterned meat), colour of meat and fat, and firmness/tenderness of meat.

Jolly really is the definition of chaotic good! Turning something so fancy to funny then wholesome is really nice! It makes you feel better when you support what they're doing because you know they put their earnings and privelege to good use (unnecessarily expensive products or charities- whatever it is lol)

When I went to New York City, I went to Katz's Deli and paid $35 for a pastrami sandwich. I thought that price was ridiculous but I wanted the experience of eating where they filmed that scene in When Harry Met Sally. That being said, I still dream about that pastrami sandwich. Absolutely worth it.
I ate at Katz's in the very late 1990s. It's overpriced. Been to a rival deli in NYC and their pastrami was easily as good as Katz's but didn't cost more than $20. Katz's is seriously overrated. I wouldn't stand in line 30 minutes to pay $35 for a sodding sandwich.
