This Dime is plentiful in all grades, and in MS grades it is not that valuable because there are so many of them available. They may be worth $40- $100 dollars depending on the grade. Full Split Bands coins could be worth a lot more depending on the grade and eye appeal of the coin.

I recall when silver jumped to nearly $50 an oz in late 1979/80. Everybody was turning in their silver for melt. So it is amazing that dime survived. After all, fifty bucks in 1980 bought a lot more then than today.
