1918 p Mercury Dime

Looking at the early Mercury dimes in the teens. This 1918 mercury dime has a mintage of 26,680,000 coins. All 90% silver. This coin is not scare in high grades. Collecting full split bands is what I look for as well as being in MS condition if possible. This coin I am showing is in AU 50-58 condition. It was cherry picked at a coin shop years ago. Finding these requires searching coin shows and coin shops and other locations when possible. This coin may be valued at around $40.00-$60.00 in this condition.

That coin is 105 years old, and looks incredible! I wonder what story it has that allowed to travel over 100 years with barely a mark on it?

Hi Stax! I really like the mercury dime. I think the lady on this coin is beautiful, and the coin is history in pause for over 100 years when we look at her profile on the obverse of this coin. Thanks for watchinng the video.
