The Shelter Dogs Move Into Apartments and Room Mate Together

- This is a big milestone for these dogs and they have worked extremely hard to get to this point. Today Rosco and Molly moved in together and Chance and Neveah in together as room mates in the apartments we made for the original shelter dogs like Freddo.
It is only just in time for the cold months of Winter.
For those only just tuning in, these four dogs cannot be in the shelter as they were ordered to be put to sleep if they could not find an alternate solution immediately. They had no luck being adopted either. Sadly each of them have come here with some serious aggression issues. Those in our training academy would have seen them at their worst. It hasn’t been pretty.
They’ve worked very hard training each day. We paired them up earlier for training and exercise purposes and for eventually this day, when they could room mate together.
Neveah and Molly still have quite a beef about each other. Sadly they did manage to fight back at the shelter, and they’ve never forgotten it. We’ve seen it before. Freddo and Jake had the same relationship.
Chance has ongoing skin issues from a skin condition he has had since before he arrived. Whilst he hasn’t worn the muzzle now for a month, the irritation is still there and being treated along with marks above his eyes from before he even came here.
Molly arrived with terrible teeth from biting the cages down to the nerves. She has recently had the problem teeth removed from her bottom jaw.
Neveah as you can see, doesn’t stop, she is SUPER high energy. From her mannerisms, physique and markings we’d be surprised if she was not mostly Boxer and Staffy. She hurt her foot on a run a few weeks back because she doesn’t look where she’s running, nothing serious, she is supposed to be on rest but as you can see, she doesn’t really rest. But she’s doing well and it isn’t causing her any issues.
These dogs are going to be long termers. We still have a lot of work to do. We want to continue to help them. And whilst they’re here, they can now live in comfort.
I would just like to also say thank you. Thank you from these shelter dogs and from us. We pour a lot of resources into these dogs. Training, staff, exercise, cleaning, feeding, vet bills etc. We don’t ask for money. We are not a charity, we’re just a family fostering these dogs. We just happen to have a dog trainer in the family and a facility we can give to the cause. But the only reason we can afford to do all this ongoing, is because of you all who watch a few ads on our videos and those who are members in our behind the scenes and supporters groups. We’re not a big channel by any means, but it does help us give the now 21 rescue/shelter dogs in our foster care whatever they need. And for those wondering, one two week period alone racked up just vet bills of $26k. The weekly food bill is, well you can imagine. Why am I saying this? Because you are a part of this. This community. And everyone at the farm thanks you, dogs and humans included. Thank you for sitting through a boring ad or two. Thank you for being a member/supporter. Perhaps you didn’t know just how much it helps and I wanted you to know.
Today we wanted to also thank personally Sonia for the jumpers and to the person who anonymously organised the lovely new collar for Chance.
Let’s all let Adam know how much he is appreciated!!!! Thank you for all you do and loving on those doggies! You are amazing and we all love you!

Chance is turning into quite a chilled laidback dog. He perhaps will be like Shadow just wants a simple life with lots of love and cuddles.
And interestingly Chance and Shadow seem to like each other when they are out in the pack together

Adam is like the worker bee that sees the hole in the nest before anyone else sees it. And the doggies know they can come to him and so do the humans. Great place for learning good stuff. Wolf is so close to running full speed ahead the baby sitters (human and dogs) are going to be so busy this winter. 😂😂🐾❤️🙏🏻

Oh the Jumpers are just so adorable, Sonia! Mighty fine looking pups in their new condos. They look like a lot heading off to prep school 🤣. So cute! So proud of everyone to make this big step happen.

Don't apologise about the ads, it's our easy way to support you because we know that you would go to any length to put these dogs first and get them any sort of assistance they need, which comes out of your pocket. Even though the ads are annoying what I do is start playing your vids so the ads start, then I scroll down and read the update in the description so I can have context when watching the vid, by the time I finish reading the ads are usually finished as well, so it all works out. Keep up the tremendous work you are doing.

Chance's muzzle bumps is essentially dog acne caused by follicle damage. Sort of hard to get cleared up. Hopefully Roscoe will appreciate the nice soft furniture and not chew it up! They have certainly come a loooong way since their arrival at the farm.

I’ve known many people over the years with dogs that have had teeth removed strictly for health reasons; some dogs just a few teeth to some full rows. They all adapt, and went on to live long healthy lives.

Thank you everyone at the farm for what you are doing for these rescue dogs. I love watching happy dogs...but what touches my heart the most and engages my most passionate emotions is knowing people are caring for dogs who have been so betrayed by humanity. Most the dogs at the farm have loving homes to return to which is great and how it should be for every dog...but these poor dogs have no loving homes as of yet to return to, I feel so sad sometimes thinking of them being unwanted and possibly feeling lonely and unloved. I wish and hope with all my heart that when and if they become available for adoption there are good loving Australians who step forward to offer these beautiful dogs a forever home filled with happiness. I have great faith that my commonwealth family on the other side of the world will do so 🇬🇧+🇦🇺 ❤️

This made me tear up. Remembering how they were when they all got there to now,it's absolutely amazing. Luke,Jason,Adam,Sam,etc all have been so patient,understanding and most of all loving to these rescues. Now they will be warm in their sweaters and lovely soft chairs beds to sleep on. 🙏 they all do well unsupervised.

Thank YOU all at the farm! I have a soft spot for the shelter dogs, especially Molly and all the other special needs and former shelter ones. It was Charlie, chummy boy, that brought me to this channel. I loved him the moment I saw him tagging along, following the pack in his own pace. Maybe it was because I related to his personality so much, or because I had my old disabled dear dog with me at the time, and she was just like Charlie, but I could sense that the farm was much more than just the trips. I gladly help by being a member and would take any of the dogs if only I would live closer. I salute your perseverance and your imense kindness for these gentle souls we call dogs. 👏💗

This is definitely a huge moment when the dogs can roommate together--two in each room. I am so in awe of the farm and all of you who take care of these dogs who so need love and guidance and training; your patience, understanding and love for all dogs. I cannot tell you how many tears of happiness I shed watching these beautiful transformations and all you do for these dogs. Thank you! Little Wolf is showing how much he loves his Dad. Sweet Molly. Chance really loved his bath, and Neveah, Rosco, and Molly were nervous, but once they figured out there was no pain involved, they were happy. So good to see them all enjoying their new winter sweaters & new digs! We shall see if there are pieces of furniture or if all will go well (just like kiddos - rooms can look like tornadoes! hit in no time)! Adam, is everywhere, helping with training and working with Luke at the Pool and the Lure, catching pups, helping them into the bath, waiting with towels to dry the pups off, playing with Wolfie , picking up Wolfie, and the list goes on! Adam is fantastic guy and a wonderful friend , as well as Luke's team mate! My smile muscles definitely got a work out today --a great workout video Sam!!!

I love that the apartments have full glass doors for them to see out!! So important!! And , ask any good animal communicator ( or read their books) animals KNOW when they are being made a fuss over or celebrated and they LOVE it!. Do not think for one second that the sweaters, collars, special rooms, special birthday celebrations, special photo shoots are only to make humans happy. Animals LOVE the attention and to special!!!

Sonia those jumpers are beautiful and look great on the doggos. Adam keeps everything running smoothly even when the youngest member of the pack takes off. He finds Wolfie and brings him back. Neveah's saw foot doesn't stop her. Someone please find her stash of jumping beans and hide them a bit better (lol) !!!!. Chance looks great in the new collar. Thank you to whoever sent it. Chance's face looks so sore. Hopefully it will heal well. I hope Molly feels better without those painful teeth. Maybe she'll be a bit more mellow without the pain to upset her. Rosco, you are such a cutie. I could come and cuddle you all day. Hopefully the furniture survived. They all look so good in their new coats. Watch out world, here comes Wolfie. Was that some beginning electrical studies we saw? My dog was upset when we heard Wolfie's cry and was trying to get to the computer to help. Thank you Adam for your amazing help. You are appreciated & loved by all. Thank you Sam and Luke for your hard work with all the dogs and these special 4 with big challenges. So many are watching, with delight, the changes in these dogs and we know that the DDFT environment, special care, training and love will change their lives forever.

That was a beautiful collar for Chance and he looks so handsome in it. I hope his muzzle clears up soon, The little sweaters are so cute. Looking good, all nice and clean in their beautiful new jumpers courtesy of Sonia. Here's hoping that the rooms are a success for them all. They've worked hard to get here and deserve a nice place to rest their heads. Even if it may be a little while yet It also helps prepare them for living in a home.
Love the jackets 🧥 but I do wonder what will be left of them in the morning. Adam , you are everywhere and everything on the farm, from puppy whisperer, to rescue helper to kid sitter.
