This housing should only be for Veterans. People with severe menτal heaIth issues need to be supervised in different type of housing because they can put other residents in daηger with unstabIe or disrupτive behavior.
The city has a quote to meet on affordable housing. They HAVE to do this of get fined/held funding by the state. What a stupid policy.

THE SAN DIEGO SOLUTION TO "RIFF RAFF" is to price them out...raise the rents every six months...evict evict evict...don't accept late fees...first month last month and double deposit ...convert everything to vacation rentals
All Veterans above 62 should get $3K in top of wherever civilian pension/SS they have.
So if there's only 7 units causing problems why not deal with those units. And deal with the people with the mental health issues. And maybe ban visitors. These problems seem to be fixable.
Better move would be to move these folks out and move Cops in.
I’ve been talking about that building. How do you sit there work the workers doing legal activities give me to the mental ER people and they wanna call the police on them and take them out of character is the people that work there doing illegal stuff give me to the mental peopleand my son out the house but they’re not telling her the people work there is the main leader getting
If anyone knows about mental health, let me say it's not something that can be controlled easily. It's hard to provide meds to people who think meds are poison. That how mental some people are. Meds cannot be forced. 😬

My son he fear for his life trying to to get my son but you know who selling all kind of stuff in the building they they need they don’t need to close it down. They need to hire new people and they got too many cameras not to see nothing cameras everywhere and you can’t see but a black person you claim it ain’t me black and Community and you know who really doing all and leave activity for real.
Why cant they build these out in the desert. Or build them next to the mayors house. Just like when the homeless got vouchers for a hotel near the beach off of Pointsettia, the homes across the street were being robbed.
They need to run drug test. The people who work there all them cameras there and he let that go but it but they pick and choose your skin color and try to attack you or take you out of character. Be alert very very prejudice and I’ve been seeing what they’ve been doing for years when I come over and see my son with the people is doing to everybody the workers need to get drug tested.
