And yes, I never understood how some people hate the parent who STAYED and literally a lot of times risked their lives to even GIVE BIRTH TO THEM, changed their dipers, cooked for them, cleaned for them, emotionally supported them and honestly, GAVE UP ON THEMSELVES AS WOMEN, AS HUMAN BEINGS in order to please them. My ex abandoned his two sons..my oldest worships the man and does everything he can to get his dad’s attention and literally discarded his little brother and me…I haven’t met my youngest grandson who is a year old now and same with my older grandson who was 3 last I saw him…he’s gonna be in kindergarten soon…because his dad and his dads wife are “his parents” he stole my youngest sons vehicle and sold it and drained his bank account …then ghosted us…I told him to not contact us again… and then he contacts his brother who still lives with me and tried talking him into moving in with him..Told him a bunch of bs lies as if his little brother wasn’t there and knows what happened first hand…so he’s being attacked now too because he refused to play his brothers game…he literally said he doesn’t want anything to do with his own mother who raised him alone cuz his dad was out committing burglaries and sleeping with anything and everything …idc…if I ever see him again…it’ll take everything in me to not break his nose…his brother feels the same way…the things he did to me were so effed up…putting my debit card on Xbox live for his friends to use….it was so bad the bank shut my card down within 20 minutes of the first transaction to go through …well over $10,000 in 20 minutes all over the world…he even posted my PIN number! Then him and my niece broke in and stole all my jewelry including my wedding ring his dad gave me….he made it so much harder for us on purpose and hates me because I was the one who took care of him…I regret eating my time in the useless pig now…he ruined our lives and I’ll never forgive the spoiled rotten piece of garbage
I will say something regarding Candace(because you've mentioned her),I always thought it's so interesting how she keeps saying that it was "better" for women back then and how she encourages women to be housekeepers and yet here she is, making business deals, flying jets from country to country to speak has a whole platform and yet she keeps on saying how "we don't need feminism anymore"??! one word: hypocrisy. P.S.- I genuinely feel like she has some sort of resentment for women, and it stems from her childhood, she always spoke about girls in her school hating on her. Oh girl I feel like I’m on the brink of losing a friendship over this too… I think she’s trying to overcompensate because of some toxic males in her family. And lost one last year when a friend lost herself in an abusive marriage.
Sometimes you have to leave such friendships in order to grow and thrive in healthy areas. My mum is a pick me and is very competitive with me and other women. It took therapy to unlearn her teachings and I now have to keep my mum at arms length to protect myself. This dies not mean I love her any less, it means that I put myself first. I now have the girls girl friendship circle I always wanted. I am surrounded by men who value women and acknowledge what we bring to the table without us saying. Its going to hurt breaking away. You have to protect you the lifestyle you wish to create. Some one who is not a girls girl is someone who will saboratage their fellow women to validate their own internalized mysogyny.
Phyllis Schlafy was a good example of a male identified woman. Made her entire independent career at the eagle forum basing woman who work , while she herself, worked...to undermine the rights of women. She was the cultural ancestor of Pearlythings.
It's a grift. When you see people doing the opposite of what they say similar people should do and if they are unaware then they've scammed themselves first. I'm not talking about being conflicted with urges or philosophies and trying to work things out. I'm talking about biblically defined hypocrites: play actors. You wear a mask and you do so to manipulate others. That's what those people are at the worst.

It's not even just about growing up in a toxic household, for me that was just the culture... even in our religious text!! On television everything, I didn't start to think different until I started to increase my awareness a year ago.
If you believe in equality for women then you’re a feminist. It’s sort of like saying for example ‘because you don’t have a 9-5 then you’re unemployed’, when really making videos is work that you’re being compensated for so you would be considered employed. I hope that makes sense 🤦🏾♀️ I personally identify with intersectional feminism. I’m sure you have but I’m new here so please forgive me if you’ve already touched on it. I don’t consider myself male identifying or male centered however I feel like I have been hurt the most by women who are male centered, choosing the man over friendship, so I tend to warm up more to men. When looking for a therapist I chose a man because of this.

But I hate to say this tho but I find the women of my own culture kinda toxic, and hard to get along with and yeah I’ve said it, most of my female friends were from other cultures. Because growing up I didn't own anything luxurious or cool material brands like the other kids had, and because of that I would get pick on by them, and I felt more accepted by other females from other different cultures with better values. I wish the female in my culture weren't like that, but it’s sad and true.

Thank you for bringing this issue to the forefront, and I totally agree that there is an all out assault on women these days. 1 Timothy 2:14 clearly states that the women (Eve) was fully deceived, meaning the blame goes to Adam and ultimately the devil, who Jesus calls, “a murderer when he began,” (John 8:44). Misogyny has been aided and abetted throughout the centuries, and they justify it with the misuse of bible scriptures. 1 Peter 3:7 clearly states that husbands were to assign their wives with honor as a weaker vessel. It doesn’t say lesser vessel. Why would God bless man with a “helper,” who Adam said, “this is at last bone of my bones,” only for man to abuse this gift? Why on earth do they think God would approve of this misogynistic behavior? Short answer, He doesn’t (bottom part of 1 Peter 3:7)
I feel terrible for saying this, but sometimes I find myself wondering, "Are we (women) truly as equally valuable as men?" All my life, I've heard every interpretation under the sun. "Women are useless," "women are more valuable than men," "we're all equal" 🙄. But when you get right down to it, have we women been getting it wrong the whole time? Are we really worth so little? Is the role that God put us on Earth really to be secondary to the man? And this is coming from someone who was mostly raised in an all women household. This is where I have a little compassion for some male-identified women they center males, but they will take up for women. My Mother believes the man is supposed to be the head of the house hold. She knows no different. My mother and father divorced when I was two. My mother did not date until I turned 18. She was single the whole time I was growing up. She's also a foster parent. She will not get any female teenagers. She'll take females 12 and under. She stopped taking in female teenagers because of an incident that happened a few ago where these females had snuck some guys into their rooms. To her , those females were being "fast". But she hasn't realized that those teenage males had the audacity to come her house being disrespectful. Those teenage males invited themselves to her house. Shouldn't she stop taking in teenagers all together? If teenagers are the problem, why would she keep taking them in? I still live with my mother, as I'm part of her support system for the foster kids. Every Morning, I hear her go through hell, trying to help these teenage males. They're decent boys and they're innocent . They are still males. They've never been in foster care. They need guidance. My big brother on the underhand, she keeps letting stay in house although he has issues and won't go to rehab.

Thank you for bringing this issue to the forefront, and I totally agree that there is an all out assault on women these days. 1 Timothy 2:14 clearly states that the women (Eve) was fully deceived, meaning the blame goes to Adam and ultimately the devil, who Jesus calls, “a murderer when he began,” (John 8:44). Misogyny has been aided and abetted throughout the centuries, and they justify it with the misuse of bible scriptures. 1 Peter 3:7 clearly states that husbands were to assign their wives with honor as a weaker vessel. It doesn’t say lesser vessel. Why would God bless man with a “helper,” who Adam said, “this is at last bone of my bones,” only for man to abuse this gift? Why on earth do they think God would approve of this misogynistic behavior? Short answer, He doesn’t (bottom part of 1 Peter 3:7)

I feel terrible for saying this, but sometimes I find myself wondering, "Are we (women) truly as equally valuable as men?"
All my life, I've heard every interpretation under the sun. "Women are useless," "women are more valuable than men," "we're all equal" 🙄.
But when you get right down to it, have we women been getting it wrong the whole time? Are we really worth so little? Is the role that God put us on Earth really to be secondary to the man?
And this is coming from someone who was mostly raised in an all women household. And I love every single one of them

This is where I have a little compassion for some male-identified women they center males, but they will take up for women. My Mother believes the man is supposed to be the head of the house hold. She knows no different. My mother and father divorced when I was two. My mother did not date until I turned 18. She was single the whole time I was growing up. She's also a foster parent. She will not get any female teenagers. She'll take females 12 and under. She stopped taking in female teenagers because of an incident that happened a few ago where these females had snuck some guys into their rooms. To her , those females were being "fast". But she hasn't realized that those teenage males had the audacity to come her house being disrespectful. Those teenage males invited themselves to her house. Shouldn't she stop taking in teenagers all together? If teenagers are the problem, why would she keep taking them in? I still live with my mother, as I'm part of her support system for the foster kids. Every Morning, I hear her go through hell, trying to help these teenage males. They're decent boys and they're innocent . They are still males. They've never been in foster care. They need guidance. My big brother on the underhand, she keeps letting stay in house although he has issues and won't go to rehab.

In Genesis 4 we have a new title "LORD" god and a completely different narrative of the creation of humankind is then described as well as completely different instructions to them.
I know you already know the Adam and Eve narrative, so I won't expound upon it... but what if the serpent was NOT the devil, but a spirit that knew God's original instruction to mankind was to eat freely of ALL trees, including the tree of knowledge of good and evil... and that EVE would be more receptive to the truth!
