I won’t lie after getting a 5 I feel a bit disappointed the graphics leap haven’t been anything crazy, Honestly I feel like the PS4pro and the Xbox one or whatever it was at this point could’ve stayed on the market for another 3 more years while Sony, Microsoft the devs of unreal engine and game devs would’ve had a console and games with true next-gen graphics before they actually released the consoles

Ray Traced Lighting was a powerful leap.
It really is a big leap in graphics Ray Tracing brings any game to life prolly my favorite spec for the PS5

It is as long as it's on ps5 and your TV has the VRR setting plus 4k and 120hz on a 55in Samsung Qled 80T.
I cannot speak on it otherwise and not sure how much all of that has to do with how sweet the game plays its 2k16 unless they stupidly patch it and break the game that way because we're scoring to easy. Jump shot and driving it remembers it's a game and should let you have fun... right now it does that

You right that’s why I set the ps5 to performance mode and I also set each game that’s capable in performance mode to maximize frame rates which makes a night and day difference in gameplay especially in sports and shooter games like madden predator hunting grounds

Finally broke it out tonight and it's not the same game. That VRR has the game so smooth like butter none of those jerky animations. No hiccups perfect ball rotation no stumbling while dribbling or moving around on the court no jacked up pixles.. only got 2 games in so far

@@Factsnotemotions how's the gameplay better when the arenas feels like there's a smog, same old same old animations, I have both ps5 and steam copies and animations are the same. The only differences are the presentation and the arenas that look like someone is grilling inside. 💀💀
Anyone else think the gameplay framerates are atrocious? I'd say it's nowhere near 60fps, more like 40 at best. Not to mention the menu's and the auction house which has you reaching for a sick bucket after a few mins of searching and scrolling. It's the first game on PS5 i've had to ditch for poor framerates and timing.
😂 2k runs 60 on PS4 easily so PS4 pro and PS5 will never drop below 60fps they have way to much gpu power. If a sports game was under 60 fps we would clearly notice

I got the championship edition had it on reserve, the lady thought it was the right one and gave it to me instead of the MJ edition that I did reserve, I got it for $90 for ps4. Now, thing is blocking shots, is impossible, u can’t block a single shot no way no how.. Shooting, the most tough this year. I’m not sure I’m use to it yet or not.. But the shooting is terrible. And lastly gave my nephew the PS5 edition that comes with it, not thinking about redeeming the codes 1st myself… and basically lost every thing that comes with it. 🤬
