I'm glad you enjoyed my game, it was my first fiverr project so i was was worried how it would turn out, but you seem to like it so i'm happy how it ended, thanks for hiring me for this.
This was really cool. I’d personally like to see more levels to make a fuller Legends of The Hidden Temple game. Like have it like mortal kombat’s character loading screen for when you choose what team you want to play as. And then have a reskin of some of those game & watch gameboy games for the qualifier rounds (like the turtle bridge level in game&watch gallery 3 could be converted into how the kids would have to go across the moat to get to the next round. A cutscene with a quick 60 second story could lead into the trivia steps which could be another qualifier level. And then you could implement the pendants that help you if you lose a life from those dudes that pop out in the final course. Honestly, I am very surprised that they never made the game shows into playable video games. Even if the old systems couldn’t handle it, I could see something like this being extremely fun to play on the switch. And can imagine that if they made something like this back when these shows were being made, that the gameboy or n64 or even a playstation version of the game show would make a really good prize for getting passed rounds in the other game shows like FIGURE IT OUT or DOUBLE DARE. I mean, even if you just developed some of these old shows into video game versions that would only be playable in a Nickelodeon themed arcade at universal studios or something. Besides developing old tv into games, I am very interested in creating an actual arcade that people could go to to play all these old games without having to actually purchase the hardware and software. Anyway, sorry for thinking out loud in your comments. Great video. Definitely got my ideas flowing 🙂
Omg that’s awesome! Legends of the hidden temple was my favorite show when i was a kid. I would beg my parents to take me to Florida but apparently the show had been cancelled since i was 4 lol
