100% Synthetic lubricants produced by Amsoil is really cheap insurance. From my 1956 Chevrolets (All of them) to our daily drivers, Amsoil keeps them properly lubricated, running cool and well protected. A long time customer since 1989, I became a dealer because my dealer moved south and I haven’t looked back. Confidence is high when Amsoil is on board!

These Classic Cars are about to be destroyed on 2/28/18. Call RIGHT AWAY If you want to save one of these cars. The phone numbers are in the episode - Zábava
This video was both relaxing and exciting. The drizzle sound in the background, and the car sightings/talk. Made for heaven.
Crusher is long gone by the time I found this. Just wanted to say thank you and express my appreciation for the education. This is a great resource for those of us that like to learn. Hearing the year and model along with the visuals of so many of these cars is a treasure!
The rain was a great help with the lighting as you mentioned. But it also enriched the patina like a clear coat!
Yes, rainy days are great for salvage yard vehicles for that reason! I try but don't always get the years correct. When I don't my viewers sure let me know!! Ha, ha.
I Love Love Love all of these cars. I remember seeing a lot of them on the road. I wish there was some way we could save all of them. I love the smell of old cars when your sitting in them. Thanks Denny for this video I really enjoyed it.
this brings back a lot of memories when I was a kid growing up in the 60s !
You and your wife, have a enjoyable hobby. I took the time to watch the whole video on 30th of December 18. From Los Angeles California USA 🇺🇸. Thumbs up 👍

My
i love old cars ! they look a lot better than the ones today ! today cars I don't call them cars !
Agreed. Today's cars and trucks are nothing but cookie cutter pieces of junk rolling off of Detroit's assembly lines. They ALL are ugly, no personslity to them, run like garbage and you can't tell one from the other as all the brands simply look like each other, GM, FORD AND CHRYSLER, they all simply look to much like each other.
I like the 1953 Pontiac Chieftain and 1954 Pontiac Star Chief (the new top-of-the-line) with a straight 8 engine, both 2 door Catalina hardtop. Fender skirts are standard, and it should be Pontiac's trademark, just like the Silver Streak from 1935 to 1955. Kaiser (formerly Graham) was the last year for its brand before moving it to South America.
Beauthiful. Thank's from Garibaldi RS Brazil.
Greetings from Turlock, CA. Can't stop watching these videos.
Wow that's awesome thanks for sharing this God bless form Somerset ky
Thank you for sharing this great tour.
All those beautiful 50s cars. Bring em back to life!! Thanks, Denny.

Wait till all of those cars are gone. Survivors will command a king's ransom. America will eventually fall and her classic cars from the Golden Age will bear silent testimony to her greatness.
I love all the old cars.👍
Great vid, glad of your commentary, being English I hardly recognize and of these beautiful old cars
Great walkabout. Rain gear & gum boots are wonderful things to consider.
What a fantastic collection of metal art.
I saw some cool old 68-72 cutlasses..those are my dream cars
Man, I'd love to rescue that 53 Pontiac Catalina. Its even in my favorite color of Laurel green.
Now this is a guy that loves old cars
Yes he did. But he sold the yard to be reopened as a 'Pull and Pay'. All cars/trucks were offered for sale by the new owners and the ones that were not sold were crushed.
I've got a 2003 Cadillac CTS (First year) V6 celendar, 5 speed transmission, stick on the floor, leather interior, 22,000 actual mileage... Always lived in desert... NO rust!
It is a paradise. Very beautiful and good. I love old s car. From the Garibaldi RS Brazil.
Super classic car. 50's-70's wow good car.
Makes a grown man wanna cry. Crush all the newer Detroit cookie cutter junk, nobody will care, this olders stuff, is simply just to precious to loose.
75 of Mikes collection were sold before the crusher was brought in. He has retired.
Surprised to see the Hudson. Most of them were destroyed in the creation of NASCAR! Heavy and fast stock from the factory.
Wow, what an awesome walk through! I posted a short video of an abandoned dealership yesterday with a lot full of pontiac cheiftains wagons, convertibles, caddy's and a new 60 Impala Inside!
Mikes is all gone now. He retired.
Man that caddy is nice!
Beautiful cars
About 75 of Mikes cars and trucks were sold before the crusher was brought in. Mike retired. The yard is now a 'pull & pay' with modern cars.
That G.T.O. tri-power car is BEAUTIFULL! I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE IT!!!!!!!!!!
.classic Udaho.A ca
Enjoyed the tour today.
I want that 41 Packard! Got a 50. Bringing back to life has been one of the greatest joys of my life
The white sedan looks doable.
I was there two years ago and got a 1968 charger off him . Lots of great projects there
When I posted the episode 14 it was because the yard had been sold by Mike and the new owners were bringing a 'C r u s h ---r' in to clear the way for a modern 'pick-n-pay' yard. They could be all gone by now. Sorry.
Hi Denny!
At 1st i'll Thank you for your Videos, for your angagement to safe salvage yards, -cars & all the cool Classic stuff! (& Thanks people what are still collecting junked classics at yards like this!) It's so amazing for me to See all those beautiful Classic Cars! Especially because i'm living in Germany & there years ago there is the problem with the governmental regulations for Recycling = they've crushed and really stolen us Car Guys & new generations of car guys all the classic cars at/& Junk Yards :(
At Germany you couldn't find a salvage yard or something else like that. Because the Recycling companies have crushed all years ago... It's a crime! & When i look at USA, or your Videos i'm soo lucky about to see those amazing salvage yards, classics & the stuff... I really really hope, the people, Car Guys and yards are save all those beautiful Classic Cars for future too....
I whish i live at USA, you could be sure i'll Help to do that, what a cool Thing!!! :)
Still at the moment i've a big restoration Project with my 70 years old father; I got a '67 Chevy Impala(Caprice) 4 Door Hardtop, what i'm restoring. It was a Ohio Car, made at Lordstown Assembly Ohio & it was still driven Till ~85, & then again till 2009.
But it was a very big bodie work to rebuild all 4 wheel arches/fenders, windshield frame(s) & many more. We've rebuilded all by ourselve, only with Hammer and a lot of handwork Out of sheet metal. Because there are no replacement parts or something else at Germany. So we had to rebuild all Out of sheet metal to get back a Rust free bodie. We're still working on the Car & i'm looking for different parts for this Car.
I'm a big fan of the 4 Door Hardtop bodiestyle! I Love this roofline & the look with the 4 Doors without the B-pillars. (Yes at all, or the most US Classic Cars i Love this Bodystyle ;))
I'm also a Fan of the ordinary 4 Door Sedans too. Because I often see the 2 Door Models, but when I look back to the old days there was a lot more 4 Doors on the streets. I Hope i could safe more US Classic Cars! But i think it's necessary to do this at USA I think...
Do you know anyone who is doing something like this and is looking for manpower or so??? :)
Best regards from south germany (Bavaria),
Till
so impressive the narrator's knowledge of these gems, where an unwit as myself might think he couldn't possibly know or care about "junk" in the large yard to detail.
Wonderful job !
Nice and thumbs up liked.
A lot of cars got bought up. I went and bought up everything I could 54-56 cadillac.
that place looks like heaven to me
show de bola estou gostando muito dos seus vídeos Parabéns meu amigo
That apache is way clean
This guy really knows his inventory. Smart guy.
the Camaro and Firebird bench seats are supper rare too...
Love it
39:20 Next time leave the party pooper at home!
Great video BTW
06:46 Oh that '53 "Poncho" is sweet.... or at least it could be. It would the perfect project car for someone "with more money than brains". :-)
I had a 55 in HS, great car
The sounds of that rain is freezing me to death; I'm going to have to take a break and warm up a little!Dw
You bet. My wife had enough too so we left. All the old cars in that yard were offered for sale at $350/ton. 75 were sold and the rest were crushed. This is what I try to help avoid.
Beautiful video thank you
58 Ford lost quality? You're crazy the 75s on up I'd say lost quality. I love 65-67 Galaxies and 58-66 Tbirds!
I can't believe, that all those cars, went to the crusher. Sad day indeed, what has happened to us when we just destroy our past, granted, most of those cars were beyond saving, but, there were a lot that could have been saved. SMH
I met a guy several years ago that had a 57 retractable. The only part he needed was the chrome trim around the passenger rear side window. He could not find one anywhere. You have one or more!
Would have loved to explore this place (minus the rain of course).
I had the video to use this season to help Mike. I would have had two episodes with all the footage! Then I saw that he sold the place and the new owners were 'crushing' everything they didn't sell. So, I ran the footage w/o editing to help save some cars/trucks or parts. That's the second time we were caught in the rain! But we only get one chance to do a 'walkabout' because we are on vacations and can't go back. When I have some sponsors and they want me to make special trips, I'll go if they cover the costs. Hope you enjoy the videos. Denny Salvage
There is no shortage of cars to Restore. Just a severe shortage of people that can afford to buy the car and Restore it. The restoring part is easy. It all comes down to the lack of money.
And time....
love the 1953
I use to have a 65 chevy van mint condition streight 6 I cant find any of them any more . I think that year van was the best looking body style of any make. Even the head lights looked like there frenched from the factory. I wonder what they go for today?
Excellent show you have. Thank you for bring the hobby and the hobbists sme needed noteriaty. We're losing our automotive history faster then we can get them back on the road. Cheers and continued health. Lonnie
PLEASE SAVE ALL THESE CARS......I WAS A FAN
Amazing place,we do not have such places in Estonia
The country or a town in North America? I hope you enjoy the shows.
All them gold nuggets !!!
35:50 looks like the Bonny & Clyde' s car.
Denny I sure do wish I was heading over to the yard mate
Some sweet old iron there
Great content! Just found the channel and love the content. It makes me sad that i just found the channel cuz this video has a lot of cars i was looking for. Unfortunately they probably have sold or crushed whats shown.
That hudson i would have picked up real quick. The same goes with that imperial, the 2 door nash, and at least 4 others. Think i even saw a 49 nash ambassador and an early 60 Lincoln Continental.
Anyway thx for the content and hope you and your wife have many more adventures!

Rushhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh There with $$$$$$.. lol. Howdy From Texas
To bad it’s Probably mostly sold out I’m looking for some parts for my 1929 AAA ford pick up. Looking for the complete wiring
Any time you think that the old guy who owns a salvage yard doesn't know what he has in the yard you will be sadly mistaken.Just like this man they know what cars they have and where they came from and who owned them. Don't mess with a junk yard owner. You will lose.
Yeah, years ago I called a guy who owned some junk yards in Tonica IL. When I went there I noticed when employees asked him a question, He knew off the top of his head what and where every part was in the newer yard. i went there to look for some parts as he told me he didn't know what he had. (Just trying to get me to come there?) He'd open the vintage yard once a month. I could not find the hood I needed, he seemed surprised, but perhaps he couldn't say he had it or perhaps he thought he had it as there was one close, but too short, off different model same year. I did buy a jeep grill and few odd parts to make the trip worth it, but I felt scammed, never went back. Prices were a bit high and the whole cars for sale were much rougher than described in his ads. Don't know if the place is around. as the town was pressuring him to clean up. I did appreciate that he was holding onto the classics and did have some neat stuff. I tend to avoid salvage yards in Milwaukee (all connected to each other through marriage of children, like royalty, lol) for newer parts as many charge top dollar for worn out parts, cheaper in the end to buy new. Have found some out from the city or up north that are fair though, and my son-in-law out in PA knows of some good yards with affordable parts..ran into one where the guy was so rude, really didn't want to do business. Some are strange.
Cool video I used to drive by that place all the time when I lived in Idaho but I never got a chance to go in and see it unfortunately. Enjoyed the video would have enjoyed it a lot more if your wife would have just waited in the car so we didn't have to listen to her complain the entire time.
I like the 66 GTO turqoise project.
Cad Flat tops are also called Alpine roof
you got a lot of potentially jewels, good luck
32:40 that convertible actually looks half decent!
Man your prices are awesome let me know I could come work one off of you I don't care how much work would like to restore one for my pops
Yes thank you for walking in the rain I didn't see a 63 falcon do you have one I'm not looking for a parts car yet I'm looking for a whole car to start with
I'd like to buy the 71 purple duster !
They are called "JUNKyards" or "WRECKing yards" for a reason.
Why would you keep that Pontiac from the Museum outside windows down whose idea was that
Too bad the kids these days don't see what we do there. A lot of those I would have simply got the drive train going and drive them as a driving restore. Hell all I needed was a seat and it just safe enough to drive.
My mom used to drive a 58 Ford Wagon nice
wish I had seen this before the yard closed. I would have saved those 57 Pontiacs.
My Dad had a black 57 Pontiac 2dr hardtop StarChief. I hear it's still on the road
Damn I've always wanted a 50 Ford
great vid.
At 1450 in the video is that a Pontiac Catalina I like it
Man I would love to buy that green Pontiac 53
But this video was 4 years ago 😢
WOW, the 55 Oldsmobile i hope found a home.....
Want 1927-1930 ford....
All stock !
I can only show what I see in the salvage yards or on some occasions cruises. I do not buy and/or sell vehicles. I bring back memories.
I was saying to myself that is a Riveara roof and rear glass it's funny how your mind remembers
Now that's what I'm talkin about you put the phone number out there where you can get ahold of somebody you tell us how much we're going to pay probably this is good I wish everybody did it like this
I would like to find Mach 1 of 70 is the car of my dreams.
Give them some coffee and call it Hillbilly's Looking At Junkers Sipping Joe. They're making an art appreciation video of these rusting hulks from the Empire days. Driving cars through a large dealers only auction every week, Toyota, Nissan, Honda and Hyundai bring the most interest. Appliances. I won't say here whose crap needs the most jump starts or has the most stuff that don't work but you can get yourself locked in these death traps with electrical issues. I'm hoping to drive the snatch truck some day instead.
Car porn to those of us with the bug ! Last one I did was a 1966 Imp. SS . Out of Tex. Also have done a 64 ragtop 327 2 speed auto. Should have never sold that one. Looking for a 1963 to put my 409 in. Witch is a factory race model, one of only 800 made.
Tell me that's a 65 Chevelle conv.in front of the 59 Ford conv.(color of evening orchid no less)?
I need that oldsmobile bumper at around 12 mins in
12:15
Wish they would have advertised it locally. Sad to find out about it now.
by the buick special there is a 55 olds bumper i need it
Duster 340 4 speed ! plum crazy . srill for sale ?
Espectaculares.
love your channel..just sub. U mentioned in this video you know some old merc.s..I would love to find a 1964 merc park lane four door..any chance u might know of one for sale...thanks Bob..And i am going to email this gentleman and get more info on that 59 ford convertable...thanks...Your living a life of my dreams...
All gone now, yard in front bought him out and crushed everything....sad as the land is still cheap and iron prices didn’t cover the labor of the crushing.....
That is really sad...😖
So much for Bring Em Back To Life, no restoration work on cars at all, all they are doing is walking round a car scrap yard, looking at scrap cars and naming them
I like to see folks haul these cars out of the junkyard and bring em back to life!
Don Martin ? Wasn't he a cartoon artist for MAD magazine ? I loved your video anyway. Just thought I'd say so.
Brings back schoolday memories, Don Martin, 'MAD's Maddest Artist' happy days!
I thought the same thing!
