The people at Paulaner truly know how to make beer. It's a fantastic beer for the price and a lovely beer overall. Really enjoyable, tasty, crisp, won't hit you in the head, won't give you a headache. Totally agree with the 8/10.
Superb beer. The Germans don't go for flash in their beers, just solidity, and Paulaner is one of the best.

I had 4 of this beer last weekend and I am totally impressed by this beer. Very tasteful beer, I can say. I have been watching reviews in this channel since December of last year and I like the beer reviews that you do. finally I decided to subscribe to the channel. There are AMAZING lagers out there, you just gotta find them. Lagers are made to enjoy and drink.

Had one of these from my local M&S their range of beers has really improved lately picked up some cans of Ska Modus Hoperandi yesterday,plus Mikkeler beers & a IPL from an Irish brewery called Downstream hybrid IPL. Good Review mate !
I haven't managed to try the "common" Paulaners, funny enough. Oktoberfestbier from them I could drink throughout the year, for sure.
This beer is imported in S.Korea, and damn it's underrated indeed. Surely a top-of the line lager, but not many people here enjoy this golden treat.😢

For UK supermarket cheap beer, it's a TEN. So is Warsteiner. So is Samuel Adams Boston Lager IF you put it in the freezer for the right time

I really enjoy German beers and have gone through many of them. This is Pauline’s best brew.
8.5 out of 10 for me, 5l keg I have, really good lager no bad skunk or after taste to it and good malt flavours which are a good crispness. Easy drinking
One of my favourites this, my local M&S must make a fortune out of me alone. Did you see the Oktoberfest bier with a stein they are also stocking by Pauline? Worth a try.

I'm usually not a fan of lagers but this one is quite drinkable!

Hi Simon i bought this at Tesco today its ok but no where near as good as a Warsteiner beer or Erdinger , still better than Carlsberg or Stella but not hard to beat them lol

Augustiner helles is great, and best when drunk fresh at the Augustiner keller near the train station in Munich.
This beer is meant to be enjoyable, tastey, quality and have a basic balance that keeps you drinking. It checks all the boxes and there is NOTHING wrong w it. It is meant to be simple but tastey and reliable.

A clsssic as far as I concerned. 3 for £5 in Tesco.
All my favorite beers are either German or Czech. Nothing else even comes close. The only American beer that I like is Alaskan Amber. Its a good craft beer but not in the same league as German kolsch style beers.
