Earth - a planet of many peoples, cultures, and delicious foods. Inhabited by Earthlings who come in many shapes and sizes - some are furry and some are hairless - some are weak and some strong - the planet is brimming with potential.
Enter Carthu, a young man who has traveled the world to master martial arts and grow as a fighter. To him, every new day is a day to get stronger and while he’d rather not fight unnecessarily - sometimes there’s no choice.
Along his journey, an evil organization was forming to take over the world - an organization not too dissimilar to the Red Ribbon Army - this group was called the Blue Badge Army. This military power has been attacking towns, killing those who opposed them, and taking over the resources of the world one at a time. In response, the king of Earth has made multiple statements claiming he would escalate the level of retaliation used against the army should they not stop their evil deeds. This might be my favourite self insert what if. Instead of inserting yourself into goku’s friends you actually created a unique and amazing storyline in a completely different universe. Amazing job

Well, considering how Z Fighters are basically a group of the strongest people in the Universe, I'd go at least to Tien's dojo, and go on an adventure to gather Dragon Balls, and wish to become half-saiyan. I mean, none of them really trained their whole life(well, except for Present Trunks), so I'd want to see a potential if they did.
The best part about Carthu being in Universe 6 is he's technically Canon until the Series says otherwise...
well hes technically not NOT cannon but not really cannon BUT it would be beautiful to have the series reveal that carthu is a character.

Its really fitting how Carthu integrated the fact that universe 6's earth was wiped out by a war of some sort into this story. It works surprisingly well too.
This is actually a really cool OC using universe 6 was genius.

Its stuff like this that makes my mind wander about the further development for our Universe 6 Carthu. The kaioken being developed to levels unseen paired with god ki makes a powerful fighter who has no transformations to combine kaioken with. Carthu likely won't get anything like ultimate since he skipped straight to training with Vados, but mastering god ki and a 10,000x kaioken multiplier is already an incredible feat.
EDIT: I just remembered that the kais are very different between universes and that there likely isn't even a kai like the fused Elder kai of U7 to unlock Carthu's potential for him. Forget that part about ultimate I mentioned.
I’ve always loved kaioken so I really want to see the master, evolutions, and adaptations with it especially with the add on of god ki
the ultimate unlocker ability is one elder kai obtained from fusing with the witch. So its not a kai thing, but maybe universe 6 kai learnt it aswell?
I had really wished people like tien, yamcha, krillin, and piccolo who trained with king Kai utilized the kaioken as they are without transformations and would make it believable to upscale with the sayians. It would make complete sense and utilize a technique underused.
@@projekttaku1 It's actually not locked to the witch. In Xenoverse 2, Zamasu stated that he was capable of the same thing and even does it, albeit off screen, to the Time Patroller (though it doesn't do anything for us stat wise as far as I know). It is an inherit ability for the Kais, but Shin just seems incapable of using it himself due to his lack of experience. However, knowing how Carthu is characterized here, he probably wouldn't accept it anyway and would rather work to draw the power out himself

After all these years, finally we have a series.
Simply one of the best what if / original stories I've seen. If they revealed more of Universe 6, maybe Carthu can come back, and for me that's great.

This is really such a fun series and a great narrative take on a self insert into the world which really works well with Carthu's name and his Dojo.
I think to sum up why I think this is one of the best ones it's simply because it's very simple and clean and that's really it you get the insert and the reasons and it all works very well.
I really loved this what if and I’m glad to see it back with an extra part. I like how it doesn’t take place in universe 7 like most but using universe 6 is great because you can build up a theme and it’s not always Goku it just feels different. Anyway I hope you continue with this one and maybe do a top video.

Carthu just needs that Kaioken in the KCM Strat from the Last or from a bit of Boruto along with what was also stated could truly make a great martial artist.
I thought Kaioken times 1,000 is Carthu's Limit but looks like the 2 year training in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber really paid off to try with his fight with Kale, Kaioken time 10,000
Altho it feels more like a one attack move than a state he can maintain, similar to kaioken x4 in saiyan saga

Nice to see the full story here. I really enjoyed the battles between Carthu vs Hit, then Cabba, Caulfla, and Kale. Carthu using the Kaio-Ken was awesome I didn't think you could ever go pasted x100 to be honest, but been dead for a long time does help though. I don't know why I just feel like Gohan and Carthu would get along with each other. I like to see a full story of: What if Gohan caught the Potara and became Gokhan? Anyways another really good full story, and looking forward to your next video soon.

What if Supreme Kai trained Gohan earlier?
(Like kind of like what happen with Future Trunks.)
Just a heavenly leven What-if and truly one of the best ones I've seen especially for an insert.

This might be my favorite what if by you other than, you know, goku being sent to beer uses planet. I love the twist, love the character, and love the involvement of characters and concepts that aren't used as much nowadays.

You should do a video of what if Goku became a ssj4 before ssj1?
My idea would be that he never go his tail cut and somehow with the help of Vegeta became a great ape to kill freeza and became golden after krillin got killed but got calmed by Gohan and transformed, the z fighters would treat this as normal ssj and the history would be shaped as they having ssj4 earlier pls like so Carthu sees it!
A refreshing OC story progression weighed down by a shallow personality. If there are future parts, I'd like to see some more characterization and a personality trait that makes him feel more human.
As is, he accepts death with humility, is incredibly wise post and pre death, is always willing to learn with not an ounce of arrogance or ignorance, he respects power but doesn't give up, and I could go on. Sadly he seems almost flawless, with any discernable weaknesses being appealing and likable rather than an uncomfortable trait for people to connect to and make him relatable.
If Carthu actually was able to use god Ki (probably a massive no) it would be very god dang cool to see god Ki aura around Carthu and DAM would it make things a lot more entertaining!

i enjoy how you utilized Kaioken as Carthus main power up, and since this isn't technically U7 King Kais Kaioken, i can let the 1000 times multiplier slide, but normally, utilizing atleast the rules of base Kaioken, depending on what canon or set of rules you're going by, Kaioken trades a power buff for a single heartbeat, every additional multiplier, alternatively, if used beyond x20, it could completely consume the users soul, vaporizing it, so i wouldn't see this possible otherwise, again, passable going by the fact this isn't technically the same technique.
