5 years later this video still helps! Thank you !
Mate! You wouldn't beleive how well you taught me LOS. I gave up FPV for this haha! Im so hooked. Still busting a few props here and there, but that is how we keep learning hey : )
That's awesome to hear!
I just watched all 3 parts of this and it's exactly what I was looking for. I'll probably have to watch them again a few times because I'm constantly torn between watching the quad and watching the sticks! You explain everything clearly as you go along - you've done a fantastic job. I just received my kingkong 90gt to learn acro and have a wizard ready and waiting for when I get to grips with it. These videos will definitely help. Cheers!
and by the way, amazing flying 👍
Your hand and eye coordination is awesome. Excellent piloting of the FPV 👍👍
Your piloting skills amaze me every time i see one of your vids. Keep em comin. Awesome job!!
I got better at LOS in the last two days after watching your tutorials than i had trying to learn on my own for the last month. Thank you!

When you haven't flown a quad and watch this, it spins you out! But when you have been flying for a couple of weeks it makes more sense how its possible! 👌👌 such beautiful line of sight skills there. Especially when the quad is flying towards you! That is the trickiest part like you said. Love it!
I watched quite a lot videos in the last weeks about FPV flying because I started myself, but this video is so great. Like someone else said: You're a beast on the sticks! It inspires me to learn faster.
Mate you are seriously a huge inspiration for me. So many people right of LOS but I think it is so important to know what your what is doing before you put on the goggles.
Men, your flying skills are AMAZING! I feel inspired by your first video and begin my LOS practice! Thanks
Dope series man. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and skills with us. It’s greatly appreciated.
"Loosing orientation" :)) at 5:35 ...I have to watch the video at 0.25 speed to have at least some orientation. You're a professional!
Every time I watch you fly I'm blown away! LOS or FPV! It doesn't hurt that you're a good person 😊
Wow i have been watching 100s of these race/freestyle vids for a year now but this is the first time i can actually say that this guy knows how to fly., truly gifted.
Other e.g. Rotor riot and even Mr steel i do love them but great flyers i think not.
Best LOS video series I had the honor to watch. much teaching, thank you.
Brilliant! Thanks for the series - it's nice to see some LOS tricking, something that I'm interested in trying out.
best thing I've seen in a long time. Killin it.
Thanks Marc :)
watching in 2019, so your video tutorial are still very informative. Thanks
Thanks for the video update. Extremely helpful as I am working on my acro skills. I always try to throw in a trick here and there but still can't without hitting the ground. Being able to see your stick positions at the same time really helps.
You need to give yourself more credit. IMHO, you are in the top few best LOS flyers that I've seen, at least on CZcams, and one of my favs. Awesome skills! Keep up the great work. Thank you.
Thanks David :)
Thanks for these videos. If I had found your channel sooner, I bet I'd already be a better pilot. 😁👍
Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us. I'm sure your lessons will help me a lot.
Definetly one of the best pilots i have seen on CZcams.
I just started to this hobby and I was referring to ur first 2tutorials for acro flying, those tips realy help thanks, however after watching this 3rd one, I decided to just stick to the 1st and second one lols! This video will definitely smash my my quad to smithereens 😵 Thanks mayt!
Best LOS Tutorial !!!
You're a very good pilot, man. I learned here a lot! Thank you!
Really cool man! I can feel the potential of my quad and so want to do this. Never thought I could even hover or fly in acro but am picking up. Very easy to get disoriented, thanks.
great video as always keep them up
Excellent videos 👍
Excellent piloting skills!!!
Very nice flying!
Great guides and real demo 👍👍👍
cant wait to get this good. thanks, I think it will help a lot practicing LoS first
Great tutorial . I have my fpv stuff in the next week. Cant wait for acro. main reason I bought it.
Thank you so much for these videos as a newb just starting they helped out a lot 🙏💯❤️🔥
brilliant series, I could watch them high flips all day. Thanks for sharing
No problem Stuart :)
Soaking up your vids. Thanks again. About to head out and try to put some of what I learned watching your videos
Epic! What a nice place to fly as well!
I am only learning to fly los because of you
You made it look so cool I took off my googles
Hi Andy! You are the Qwad God as a pilot, and the modesty seals the brilliance of your skills! Your tutorials were very informative, and educational. I really appreciate your time in helping the FPV community! Thank you for keeping it real! LTRIP!™
My names not Andy 😅
Thats for the tips really helped. Im just starting out and i have the diatone tyrant s. My first fpv flight i broke the plug off the back of the camara. So i have just been flying los until i get my new runcam micro swift 2. Also your skillz are absolutly mind blowing keep it up
Thanks you really helped me with acro mode
WOW this is the best video of skills flying drones, making me want to get into rce drones, but winter is coming fast, wish i had seen this months ago.
each of your quad is awsome powerful, nice !
Great video I like the thumb style better than pinching. The view of your fingers helps a lot.
Awsome done, i have to practice a lot 👍
More practice for me. Crazy skilled level mate you got there.
Thank's for sharing your los tips
No problem :)
Thanks for making these videos - they've been really handy.
I fly with a really high camera angle so, when I land, I use LOS. I used your first video to learn how to land it properly (ie. the video where you just go back and forth, and left and right). I've developed a bit of a bug for flying LOS and I used your second video to learn how to bank and fly in figures of 8. I'm not quite the best at these yet, so i'm still going to practice. I need to work on a combination of pitch and throttle control.
Now i'm here! Time to learn some tricks!
Also, i've found that Liftoff is a great tool to use. I clicked on "free flight" --> "stadium" ---> "no track" --> "b" for LOS view, and had a virtual field to fly around. I've crashed so many times, but it doesn't matter because it's a virtual quad!
One day I might be as good as you or quadmovr!
I'm the same way left hand turns are superb, I'm trying to get my right side trained, 10 years now your real good all say that for sure.
You rock the hell out of that thing! Good video and keep up the good work thank you.
Man you are damn good at flying quads! Love your vids!
Hi Sith, great video with cool basic tricks and very good explanations. It makes very much fun to practice it. I´m looking forward to Part 4,5 ..... Great Job!!!
Not sure what else I could add in any other parts though, so not sure if I will make any more.
bro its so fun watching your vids. plus im learning alot being the noob i am..lol. great job man.
Simply amazing
Very nice series on LOS flying. Well done! Unfortunately my eyes suck and I'm always losing orientation! Maybe I'll build a 1000mm quad for LOS! :)
Wow dude. U are Amazing. Great videos man. Thanks. I just ordered one of these and I'm starting on angel mode. Lol
Very impressive!!
4 Years late to the party, but very cool series. Love the fly doing Acro with you at 8:09 Cheers!!!
This is a great video, you are and a amazing pilot!
Thanks Nate :)
Good Lord! You handle that thing like a beats!
Comimenti! Super 🔝
Never boring to wach this vid
the grand Wizard! Nice flying man!
Insane skills
SUPER!!
Please make more training videos for beginners. And how to fly in Acro!
Thank!
This is in acro, and there were 2 videos before this :)
Yes PLEASE keep these coming!! AT LEAST TILL I GET IT lol!!! I AM GOING TO DO SOME OF THESE THINGS but I'm just half freaking scared to try them for crashing and tearing up my quad and then done I will be!!
Amazing skill
Nice flying dude !
Congrats you are the man
great skills
wow amazing
Nice flying
Your in the top 5 mini quad los Gods n the world. Did you just catch Mr. Steele's sub par los video? Everybody in the comments was like yea Steele your pretty good but R.C. Addict is a beast. I remember telling you that awhile ago but you were too humble to admit it but its the truth
Thanks for the compliments man but I need to work on less speed, and more technicality. Hopefully my dedicated LOS build soon will let me practice that, and then add the speed back in.
I read that stuff as well!! Reason I am here!!!! lol I HAD to see who this RCAddict guy was lol for everyone said Steele is good at LOS but RCAdict is the bomb lol so I had to see and this is the sh*$!! He is giving me more confidence to at least "try" this stuff for I want to very badly but it's scary knowing just one screw up and your quad is toast and your DONE till its fixed!! lol
I just wanted to add that I to also saw those comments lol and I AM GOING TO WATCH THESE OVER AND OVER AND GET THIS!! He makes it look SOOOOO easy!!!! :)
why don't you add lights? that would make it so much easier to keep track of.
What are you going to build? For I might copy ya! haha I'm going to do a new one myself and was thinking about the FlightClub Tokio X Race Frame Kiss FC Cicada 35A all in one and have the (stupidly) Big white red bottoms coming lol 2750Kv Holy smokes lol but what do you think about that one and what are your plans?
search for warthox. He is the best LOS I've ever seen.
All I want to know is what kind of dyck would give you a thumb down. what a jerk. Your my mentor in Los. Absolutely a great pilot. I proudly patron your channel. Keep up the great work. looking forward to your next one. God bless
Thanks Craig. It is not my job to tell people what to like, but as long as I get even 51% likes to 49% dislikes I will continue to make videos :)
yes you are a pro very nice my friend
nicely done! :D
You have a huge backyard!
dude thank you so much for the vid
i learned how much i suck and how i still have a lot to learn
i can do regular flips and thats about it
i am using the walkera furious 215
what do you think?
thanks for the video
stay safe
dronemania
Your flying skills are god like 👍🏻 I can’t even hover without hitting myself in the head
sweet that suicide upside down throttle hit was something I was thinking if it was possible and I guess you proved my answer. aint seen too many do it really but I figured it could be done if in acro for sure.
Haha yeah it's a popular thing to do
Its the COOL thing to do....lol it is impressive
Is it easier to learn acro FPV or LOS first? Ive been doing some simulators and gotten use to the FPV controls.
FPV is way easier haha
wow, most don't even fly without googles anymore? this is nice skill!
I always watch your chanel and you help me a lot how to fly my drone. I bough my 1st fpv racing drone drom banggood. Need to try how is it. Thanks for being nice for sharing your talent to us...
Great vidz thank you, i'm novice and can hover, move left, right , forwards, backwards ,turn then move in acro but the next step feels really scary, i already crash enough! how can i build up to a coordinated turn, it feels like jumping off a cliff!!
The Kamikaze trick was sick
Amazing 🎉🎉🎉
Awesome Tutorial !! What do you have on the bottum of you're Taranis ?
love suicides, they are definitely one to show off to people. strangely I have never stuffed one up, but I did one from up high on a 6" warpquad, held full throttle inverted long as I felt I could, righted it last as possible and hit the power; the battery ever so slightly touched the ground before it started to get altitude. I near sucked my butt inside out on that one.
i can do all of these tricks in the video, but not nearly as tight as you nor punch them out one after the other, I need a brief moment to gather my thoughts and make sure I am innthe orientation I believe I'm in, but your flying is ace mate, I love watching your line of sight flights, snappy, confident, tight.
Nice, yeah Quadmovr does some insanely high ones, like out of sight and hold inverted full throttle for like 3 whole seconds, it is crazy.
Camera makes it look further away. Your flying LOS along witj Quadmovrs are my favourite to watch.
What camera settings are you using and how close are you flying, Im using superview and the quad looks like its always 50m away lol
My GoPro settings are 1080p 60fps superview flat color ISO 400 EV comp +0.5
you must be a lot closer to yourself than I am flying to myself then. cheers for the settings mate
Great series! Are there more pilots enjoying acro-mode LOS?
acro
Just had a crazy idea: I'm really curious to see what the FPV footage would look like when you're not flying FPV. Throw a GoPro on there, fly LOS, see what comes out!
You're an excellent instructor! Really appreciate these vids- job well done!
I'm always astounded by how you manage to miss those trees on the right.
Your flying is fantastic, I’ve just started and can fly maybe half of your part 1 LOS in ACRO, when would you advise trying to go FPV. The few times I’ve tried so far I’ve lost all orientation (but can fly on the sim). Should I just practise my LOS skills more ? What’s your advice ?
If you want to improve FPV use the sim until you learn the basics. Free crashes haha
So whats more easy to learn getting into this kind of flying. Los or fpv. To me my eyes arent that great so using goggles i would think would be more easy to see what way i need to rotate. But i love watching the drone from los
thank you very much, master :)
Hi. Been following your Los acro tutorial videos for a while now and keep on coming back to them. Anyway, my quads broke one by one, and my last working one has lost its osd and the camera broke. It's the quad gods sign to pursue Los acro exclusively for the moment. Anyway, I'm using the tinyhawk freestyle at 1s and maybe 2s once I'm confident with my Los abilities, I'd like to ask what your rates are? Mine seem slow for Los. Or is it because I'm using 1s?
The stock bf rates are higher than what I use. 1.05 rc and .62 rate
Can we use ccw motor for all four motors and change rotation of any two in betaflight, sorry for this type question I am absolute beginner
RC Addict, in acro mode when you have the throttle (left stick) all the way down, and you move the right stick, will the motors still spin to bank the quad?
Very cool! Is this the Horizon mode or Acro?
Awesome!! :-) How exactly is possible to determine the moment in time when the propellers are facing up during fast multiple flips? Is the only way to get a feeling of time intervals between points in time when the quadcopter is facing up or you can actually notice those moments visually?
yeah, muscle memory is how it comes
Bravissimo !. ciao
Thanks for these videos. Is there a way you can overlay the video with the stick input? not a cam on the transmitter. and then for moves slow it down and pause and go forward at important changes .. something like what Joshua Bardwell does. These videos are already great by the way... a little stick overlay would make it super awesome.
Also, I need a big backyard like that man.. I take out my quad on open empty parks and within minutes theres a crowd and I have to pack up and go home :(
I don't really know my way around blackbox and don't think I am going to do any more direct tutorials, but I will see if I can set it up for videos doing forwards.
